VEHICLE SLID OUT OF CONTROL WHEN PASSED BY A TRUCK, RESULTED IN AN ACCIDENT, NO DEPLOYMENT OF AIR BAG AND FAILURE OF SEAT BELTS, INJURY RESULTED FROM FAILURES.
