THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE ENTIRE FRONT END WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
