THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO REPLACE THE SHOCKS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT THE SHOCKS DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THERE WAS NOTHING THAT LED UP TO THE OCCURRENCE.
