The dealer charged a fee for the alternator and the crankshaft hoses replacement. The dealer informed the contact that the rear main seal gasket replacement was covered. The dealer related the oil leak to the oil pressure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and cases were filed; however, no further assistance was provided.
