CYCLING ENGINE OFF/ON SEEMED TO CAUSE THE NEEDLE TO 'DECREASE' INDICATED SPEED BY ABOUT 10 MPH WITH EACH CYCLING. AFTER CYCLING THE IGNITION ABOUT 15 TIMES WHILE PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY, SPEED AGAIN READ 0. STARTING THE ENGINE AGAIN, THE INDICATOR STILL READ 0, AND WHEN DRIVING AROUND THE BLOCK, THE SPEEDOMETER SEEMED TO WORK AGAIN.
