Lag bolts that connect the frame to the wall are coming out/ or were never put in place. Wall is separating from the frame and can see to the outside from the inside. If we had not seen this these bolts could have come all the way out causing the wall the separate while driving. Unknown at this time...

I am having the frame flex issues as well as others. I’m not getting anywhere with grand design. The doors come open when traveling if not strapped from the inside. Pin box on the hitch moves excessively, interior panels are moving in the front, middle and rear of the trailer.

The front frame has been in for repairs before for flexing issues/excessive movement. We have had a door pop open during travel and suspension parts break (hanger and leaf spring) in 2 separate incidents. The frame appears to have further issues on the passenger side more recently.
