MOTORCYCLE WILL STOP RUNNING GOING DOWN THE HIGHWAY OR IN TOWN. ENGINE WILL INCREASE TO 3000 RPM WITH NO CONTROL OVER IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED 12 TIMES IN THE LAST 400 MILES.
