THEY WERE UNABLE TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION AND CHARGED ME $95 FOR THEIR TIME TO DIAGNOSE. IS THIS A SAFETY ISSUE IF I GET INTO AN ACCIDENT WITH A FAUTLY SEATBELT?
