WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT, PULLED TURN SIGNAL LEVER TO DIM HEADLIGHTS; INSTEAD, DRIVER'SFINGERS SLIPPED AND CAUGHT TOP EDGE OF LEVER, THE SPRIING IN LEVER PULLED THE LEVER BACK TURNING OFF THE HEADLIGHTS ENTIRELY, RESULTING IN LOSS OF CONTROL/ CRASH. * *AK
