WAS CHECKING CHAIN ON MOTOCYCLE AND WENT TO TOOL BOX. LATCH ON SEAT AREA FAILED TO REMAIN LOCKED. LATCH WAS BROKEN AND CAUSED CHAIN TO LOOSEN / TOOL KIT CAME OFF.*AK
