THE EVENT LEFT ME WITH NO BRAKES, TRAVELING AT APPROXIMATELY 35MPH IN THE LEFT LANE OF THE PARKWAY. TRYING TO AVOID A COLLISION I STRUCK THE MEDIAN GUARDRAIL AND ANOTHER VEHICLE TRAVELING IN THE LEFT LANE IN FRONT OF ME. THE ACCIDENT LEFT MY VEHICLE UN-DRIVABLE AND HAD TO BE TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP NEARBY. THIS WAS THE FIRST SUCH PROBLEM AND IT WAS/IS A MAJOR ONE THAT HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY EITHER THE DEALERSHIP OR CORPORATION. FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE ACCIDENT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND RETURNED TO ME WITH NO ADMISSION BY ANY HONDA REPRESENTATIVE OF FAULT DUE TO MANUFACTURERS DEFECT IN THE BRAKE SYSTEM WHICH WAS DISCOVERED AND CONFIRMED BY AN INDEPENDENT ENGINEERING FIRM. IT IS MY FEAR THAT THIS MALFUNCTION WILL HAPPEN AGAIN AND CAUSE A MORE SERIOUS ACCIDENT IN THE FUTURE. THIS MALFUNCTION SHOULD NOT BE HANDLED LIGHTLY AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A LIFE THREATENING ISSUE THAT MUST BE ADDRESSED AND CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY. *TR
