The blind spot warning went off and locked all the brakes up. We were not able to move the vehicle and could not even pull off the road out of traffic. There is no way to disable the brakes when the computer or sensors are malfunctioning. We had to get the vehicle towed.

The car has had a check engine light on for a week. It sometimes jolts forward when pressing on the accelerator and it does it all of a sudden. Took it to the Hyundai dealership they say it’s due to the egr valve and sub harness.

On multiple events brakes would not come to a full and complete stop. Many close calls of not being able to stop quickly on the highway or going down hill. The problem has been reproduced by the dealership. No warning messaging.
