VEHICLE STALLS WHILE DRIVING SOMETIMES AT 3/4 FULL AND SOMETIMES AT 1/2 TANK FULL OF GAS AND SOMETIMES IN BETWEEN THE TWO MAKING IT UNPREDICTABLE AND UNSAFE.

THE ENGINE REPEATEDLY STALLS DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS OR WHILE BRAKING. THIS HAS HAPPENED DOZENS OF TIMES, INCLUDING WHILE DRIVING THROUGH PARKING LOTS, BRAKING DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC ON CITY STREETS AND FREEWAY OFF RAMPS AS WELL AS BRAKING ON A LEFT TURN THROUGH A TRAFFIC LIGHT ON A HIGHWAY, ALMOST CAUSING ME TO GET REAR ENDED MULTIPLE TIMES. THIS PROBLEM IS IDENTICAL TO PROBLEMS THAT PRECIPITATED A RECALL OF OTHER INIFINITI MODELS, SAME MODEL YEAR, HOWEVER THE EX35 WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. CAR HAS BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO CANNOT IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM.

ONCE I ACCELERATE, THE CAR JUST CUTS OF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD! THIS WEEK ALONE I'VE ALMOST HAD THREE ACCIDENTS BECAUSE OF THIS. MY CAR HAS BEEN AT NUMEROUS REPAIR SHOPS. A CLOUD OF SMOKE ALSO APPEARED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO TWO MECHANICS AND THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRING HARNESS AND BODY CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT DUE TO NO RECALL AND WARRANTY EXPIRATION, THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REPAIR. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
