This Problem Across All Years
I HAVE SEVERAL ISSUES. THE STEERING WHEEL PEELS. I HAVE A CRACKED DRIVER'S SIDE LEATHER INTERIOR DOOR. THE CAR STARTED JERKING REALLY BAD ON A CITY STREET, I COULDN'T GO OVER 35 MPH. MY 4WAS MOTOR HAS GONE BAD! INFINITI DEALERSHIP, CANNOT EXPLAIN WHAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE MOTOR, TO GO BAD. ALL OF THE CAR'S SAFETY FEATURES, ARE CONNECTED TO THIS 4WAS MOTOR. SO, WHEN THAT 4WAS LIGHT COMES ON, ALL OF THE SAFETY FEATURES ARE TURNED OFF. THIS INCLUDES: INTELLIGENT CRUISE CONTROL, 4WAS, BLIND SPOT DETECTION, LANE DEPARTURE, STABILITY CONTROL, AND SPORT MODE! THE COST IS $8500! I PURCHASED THIS CAR IN 2011.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 INFINITI M37. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS UNRESPONSIVE AFTER THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND JERKED WHILE DRIVING AT LOWER SPEEDS. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING MORE THAN 200 TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FLOOR MAT BECAME LOOSE AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO ACCELERATE ERRONEOUSLY, RESULTING IN A CRASH. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
