UPON IMPACT, DURING FRONTAL CRASH, AT APPROX. 60MPH, 12:30 ON FRONT BUMPER, HIT BARRIER HEAD ON, DRIVER'S AIRBAG FAILED TO DEPLOY, SUSTAINED HEAD, NECK AND BACK INJURIES. *AK
