THE PASSENGERS SEAT WILL NOT LATCH AFTER IT HAS BEEN PUSHED FORWARD THEN BACK INTO POSITION. IT MUST BE SLAMMED TO GET IT TO LATCH 3. THE COOLING SYSTEM IS INADEQUATE.
