This vehicle is part of a mandatory repurchase. I have had no contact from the manufacturer since March 20, 2025. The vehicle has been modified by the manufacturer from it's origional state while the reacquisition process is completed. It is no longer a usable vehicle because of this modification.

I have contacted Jaguar's customer service hotline for the recall numerous times by telephone and email...

No response from Jaguar Land Rover on this issue. I've emailed them and called countless times since before Christmas when I had the H514 update, leaving my expensive electric car basically useless.
