WHEN I TALK TO CHP HE HAD AN EARLIER REPORT OF THIS YET IT WAS IN THE ROAD WHEN I ENTERED ONTO WHAT I BELIEVED WAS A SAFE HIGHWAY. I HAVE THE REQUIRED LIABILITY INSURANCE, THIS IS NOT COVERED. THE TRUCKING CO SAYS THEY ARENT LIABLE SO THE ONLY OTHER LIABILITY IS CDOT SINCE THE ROAD WASN'T SAFE.
