I TAPPED THE BRAKES AND THE CAR TOOK OFF IN THE HIGHWAY RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE TRUCK. LUCKILY THE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK SAW ME AND APPLIED HIS BRAKES. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A TRAGEDY. NOW FOR THE FIRST OCCASION, I WAS IN THE INSIDE LANE OF A MAJOR HIGHWAY AND WAS TRYING TO STOP FOR A RED LIGHT. I STARTED TO BRAKE AND THE CAR TOOK OFF. I HAD TO SWITCH OVER IN THE OUTSIDE LANE SO THAT I WOULDN'T REAR END THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS LUCKY THIS TIME BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ANY TRAFFIC IN THE OUTSIDE LANE.
