This Problem Across All Years
MY 2006 JEEP COMMANDER DOOR HANDLES ARE BREAKING ONE AT A TIME AND MAKES THE DOORS INOPERATIVE SO IN AN ACCIDENT, YOU CANNOT EXIT THE VEHICLE. CHRYSLER REFUSES TO RECALL THE VEHICLES OVER THIS ISSUE AND WILL PROBABLY WAIT UNTIL A FATALITY OCCURS.WHY DOES THE CONSUMER HAVE TO PAY TWICE AND NOT ONLY THAT,BUT OPERATE AN UNSAFE VEHICLE.THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE WITH THE SAME DANGEROUS PROBLEM,THAT CHRYSLER SHOULD BE MADE TO RECALL AND REPAIR THESE VEHICLES AND NOT PUT THE COST ON THE CONSUMER WHO PURCHASED THESE VEHICLES IN GOOD FAITH. *JS

THE CUPS INSIDE THE HANDLES OF BOTH OF THE BACK DOORS OF MY 2006 JEEP COMMANDER ARE BROKEN TO PIECES. ALTHOUGH THIS MAY SOUND LIKE A COSMETIC ISSUE, YESTERDAY, MY 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER THREW UP ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF THE TRUCK BECAUSE WHEN WE PULLED OVER FOR HER TO THROW UP, SHE WAS COMPLETELY UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR!!! I CANNOT SAY HOW ANGRY I AM AT THIS SCENARIO. I AM UPSET BECAUSE I HAVE TO CLEAN THE CAR, BUT AM FURIOUS BECAUSE, HAD THIS BEEN AN EVACUATION SITUATION, SHE COULD HAVE DIED!
