THIS HAS BEEN THE 3RD TIME THIS TYPE OF EVENT HAPPENS, THE FIRST TIME WAS AT A CITY STREET DRIVING STRAIGHT FORWARD AT 30-35MPH AND THE ENGINE STARTED STALLING, TRUCK COMPLETELY WENT OFF, HEAD LIGHTS WOULD GO ON AND OFF, ALONG WITH MY INTERIOR DASHBOARD INDICATORS AND MEDIA CENTER. SECOND TIME, SAME THING, AND THE THIRD TIME WHILE DRIVING AT ABOUT 35-40MPH IN A CITY STREET AND GRADUALLY SLOWING DOWN TO 10-15MPH TO MAKE A LEFT THE TRUCK COMPLETELY WENT OFF, HEAD LIGHTS WOULD GO ON AND OFF, ALONG WITH MY INTERIOR DASHBOARD INDICATORS AND MEDIA CENTER. IT SEEM LIKE I HAD TURNED OFF THE ENGINE COMPLETELY FOR LIKE A SPLIT SECOND. I THOUGH IT MIGHT'VE BEEN THAT I HIT THE KEY WITH MY KNEE, BUT I PULLED OVER RESTARTED THE ENGINE AFTER 15 MIN, AND THE PROBLEM CONTINUED. ALL THE LIGHTS WOULD GO ON AND OFF AND THE ENGINE POWER WOULD SHUT DOWN, WHEN PUTTING THE GEARS, IT WOULD SOUND VERY FORCING. I TURNED IT OFF AGAIN AND WAITED 30 MIN, RESTARTED THE TRUCK AGAIN IT DID THE PROBLEM FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THEN IT WAS LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP COMMANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, SEVERAL WARNING LIGHTS BECAME ILLUMINATED. ADDITIONALLY, THE HEADLIGHTS BECAME DIM, THE RADIO VOLUME INDEPENDENTLY LOWERED, SPEEDOMETER AND TACHOMETER FLUCTUATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BALD HILL DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM LOCATED AT 1035 BALD HILL RD, WARWICK, RI 02886, (844) 847-4671) HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SEVERAL YEARS AGO, THE ALTERNATOR WAS REPLACED HOWEVER, THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ALTERNATOR FAILED TO ELIMINATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 126,000.

THIS ISSUE HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES NOW, I HAVE BEEN DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY AT ABOUT 70 MPH AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE IS A DING ON THE DASH BOARD AND THE CAR STALLS, AND THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. ONCE YOU SHUT DOWN THE CAR AND START IT AGAIN THE CAR WORKS FINE BUT THE ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS, ACCORDING TO JEEP THEY CHARGE FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND I SEE ONLINE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING A LOT IN MY TYPE OF VEHICLE BUT JEEP HAS YET TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT. I THINK IT IS VERY DANGEROUS SINCE I HAVE BEEN DRIVING ON A FREEWAY WHERE PEOPLE ARE DRIVING AS FAST OR FASTER THAN ME AND COULD CAUSE A PROBLEM.

THE PROBLEM STARTED IN JANUARY 2019. THE VEHICLE STARTED HAVING IDLING ISSUES, COLD START IN MORNING IDLES AROUND 900, WHEN PUT IN REVERSE IT DIPS TO AROUND 500 AND WOBBLES BACK AND FORTH WHILE BACKING UP, PUT IN DRIVE AND IT WOULD BE OK BUT WOULD STALL SOMETIMES AT STOP SIGN- CHECK ENGINE LIGHT NEVER CAME ON. I HAD THROTTLE BODY CLEANED AND FUEL SYSTEM SERVICE DONE AND THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON SAME DAY. TOOK IT TO THE DEALER FOR RECALLS AND THEY REPLACED THROTTLE BODY ALSO. IT DROVE OK FOR A DAY AND I HAVE THE UNSTABLE IDLE BACK AND THE RPM JUMPS UP WHILE IN DRIVE BUT STOPPED AT A LIGHT. ABOUT A WEEK AGO I AM SLOWING DOWN TO STOP AT A LIGHT AHEAD AND IT STARTS VIBRATING LIKE IT IS GOING TO STALL AND THE ETC AND TCS LIGHT CAME ON AND I SHUT IT OFF AND IT CRANKED RIGHT BACK UP AND DROVE IT THE REST OF THE DAY WITH NO ISSUE. ETC LIGHT WILL COME ON WHILE DRIVING AND CAUSE NO ISSUES OTHER THAN THE UNSTABLE IDLE. TODAY-5-10-19, COMING HOME AND START TO TURN LEFT AND ETC AND TCS LIGHT COME ON AND IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS IN LIMP MODE BECAUSE THERE IS A LOSS OF POWER AND ETC LIGHT IS NOW BLINKING, SO I PULL IN A PARKING LOT, CUT IT OFF FOR FIVE MINUTES AND IT CRANKS RIGHT BACK UP WITH NO LIGHTS ON AND I AM ABLE TO DRIVE 5 MILES HOME.

TOOK IT BACK TO SHOP, THEY DID A SECOND REPAIR AND CHARGED ME $2959.50. THEY DIDNT DESCRIBED WHAT THEY DID THE SECOND TIME. I HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE..SO FAR.

THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED I WAS PULLING OUT INTO BUSY TRAFFIC FROM A SIDE STREET. I ACCELERATED QUICKLY AND WHEN I BACKED MY FOOT OFF THE PEDDLE THE CAR CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE. I TAPPED THE PEDDLE A COUPLE TIMES THINKING IT WAS CAUGHT ON THE FLOOR MATT (NOT).IT BACK OFF AND THEN IT DID IT BRIEFLY AGAIN BEFORE CORRECTING ITSELF. THIS WAS ALL IN A 10 SEC. TIME PERIOD..... THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY. I STEPPED DOWN TO PASS A CAR AND THE PEDDLE MOVED TO THE FLOOR AND STAYED THERE FOR ABOUT 15 SECONDS, RELEASED AND WENT TO THE FLOOR AGAIN FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS. I HAD MY FOOT ON THE BREAK TRYING NOT TO HIT OTHER CARS AHEAD OF ME. EVERYTIME I LIFT MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE WE WENT FASTER. THEN IT CORRECTED ITSELF AGAIN. I PULLED OFF THE ROAD THE SECOND TIME AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE FLOOR BOARD THAT MIGHT HAVE INTERFERED WITH THE PEDDLE BUT THERE WAS NOTHING. I WAS NOT USING THE CRUISE CONTROL IN EITHER OCCURRENCE. THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT BUT COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN. I DID HAVE A PASSENGER IN THE CAR.

SO WERE CHARGED $405 FOR A CONVERTER, $357 FOR A SOLENOID, $7.75 FOR A SEALER, AND $3.60 FOR A NUT NONE... TOTAL LABOR AND PARTS $1930.31... TODAY WE GO TO PICK IT UP, AND IT STILL MAKES THE SAME NOISE AND THE PROBLEM WORSEN. WE LEFT IT THERE TO BE FIXED AGAIN... AT THE MOMENT WE ARE OUT OF $2000, NO CAR, AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH MY CAR AND IT'LL BE $800 MORE TO FIX IT. REPLACED BEZEL GEAR SELECTOR 3 TIMES SINCE 2006. AS OF SEPTEMBER 2016 A 4TH REPLACEMENT IS REQUIRED PER GOLLING CHRYSLER. VEHICLE ATTEMPTS TO STALL AFTER 1-2 SECONDS WHEN STARTING FROM A STOPPED POSITION. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATES AND A SERVICE MESSAGE APPEARS STATING "SERVICE PARK ASSIST SYSTEM." SEVERAL TIMES FROM 2006 - 2016 THE VEHICLE ALMOST STALLED WHEN ENTERING INTERSECTIONS OF CITY STREETS. WHENEVER CONDITION OCCURED THE PART WAS REPLACED (3 TIMES). PART CAUSING THE CONDITIONS IS PART# CH68004143-AF PRNDL BEZEL GEAR SELECTOR AND CH52108308-AC CONNECTOR ELECTRICAL (TRANSMISSION). I BELIEVE THE GEAR SELECTOR AND TRANSMISSION TO BE DEFECTIVE DUE TO THE FREQUENT FAILURE WHICH COULD CAUSE A SAFETY INCIDENT.

ONE YEAR AND I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE TRIPS AND CALLS TO THE RIO VISTA CALIFORNIA CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP AND THEIR RESPONSE IS THAT CHRYSLER IS TO SEND ME A LETTER WHEN THE PART IS AVAILABLE. DEALERSHIP IS SAYING PART NOT AVAILABLE. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND MY CHILDREN'S SAFETY COMES FIRST. I'M APPALLED AT HOW THIS HAS BEEN HANDLED. I'VE BEEN PATIENT FOR TOO LONG.

I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HWY AND MY VEHICLE TURNED OFF. I LOST POWER STEERING BREAKS AND WAS NOT ABLE TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE IN ORDER TO AVOID AN ACCIDENT. THIS HAD HAPPENED TWICE BEFORE THIS TIME, AND I LOOKED TO SEE THAT THERE WAS A RECALL ON MY JEEP FOR AN INGITION SWITCH AND THE THE EXACT DISCRIPTION OF WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF MY CAR WAS EFFECTED FIT MY SITUATION. I THEN CALLED JEEP AND ADVISED THEM OF THIS AND THEY SAID I NEEEDED TO HAVE IT DIAGNOISED BY A JEEP DEALERSHIP. I HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED AT MY EXPENSENSE AND RENTED A CAR AT MY EXPENSE. THE DEALERSHIP CONFIRMED MY ASSUMPTION AND IN FACT THE ISSUE I WAS EXPERIENCING IS PART OF THE RECALL. JEEP NOW TELLS ME THEY DON'T HAVE THE PARTS AND THEY HAVE NOT MADE A DECISION ON WHETHER IT'S NECCESSARY TO PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE UNTIL THEY HAVE A RESOLVE. AM I SUPPOSED TO BE WITHOUT A VEHICLE OR POTENTIALLY DRIVE MINE WITH 3 CHILDREN, AND POTENTIALLY LOOSE POWER AGAIN CAUSING A LOSS OF CONTROL? WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO DO FROM HERE?

WHILE ATTEMPTING TO GET ON THE HIGHWAY THE JEEP LOST POWER AT APPROXIMATELY 35MPH FROM THE ON RAMP ON TO THE RIGHT LANE OF THE FREEWAY. ALL THE LIGHTS SHUT OFF, ALL THE GAUGES SHUT DOWN, AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SLOW DOWN. IT LASTED APPROXIMATELY 4-5 SECONDS, AND AFTER STEPPING ON THE ACCELERATOR, THE JEEP RE-ENGAGED AND WAS ABLE TO BE DRIVEN TO A SAFE DESTINATION. THE JEEP IS UNDER RECALL P41 FOR IGNITION SWITCH ISSUES, WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE CAUSING THE ISSUES, BUT THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM CHRYSLER. THE PARTS HAVE NOT BEEN MANUFACTURED AND/OR DISTRIBUTED. IT IS POSSIBLE THE VEHICLE HAS A BAD CONTROL MODULE. WHILE TRAVELING ON AN EXPRESSWAY IN CENTRAL MICHIGAN, I WAS USING THE CRUISE CONTROL TO MAINTAIN A SPEED OF 75 MPH. WITH NO WARNING AT ALL, THE MECHANICAL COMPONENTS OF THE VEHICLE SHUT DOWN, LEAVING MY JEEP "DEAD IN THE HIGHWAY". I WAS ABLE TO STEER AND BRAKE, BUT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT RESPOND TO ACCELERATION BY PRESSING THE GAS PEDAL. I PULLED OFF TO THE SHOULDER, LUCKILY WITHOUT INCIDENT. TURNED THE KEY TO THE "OFF" POSITION AND WAITED ABOUT 10 SECONDS. I TURNED THE KEY TO THE "ON" POSITION AND IT STARTED BACK UP. I CAUTIOUSLY DROVE AT A CONSIDERABLY SLOWER SPEED UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO GET TO A REST STOP. WHEN I GOT TO MY DESTINATION I FOUND A LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORE AND HAD THEM DO A DIAGNOSTIC CHECK. IT SHOWED A MAF SENSOR GONE BAD. MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR WAS REPLACED. HOPING THAT WAS THE ISSUE, AFTER SEVERAL DAYS, MY FAMILY AND I HEADED BACK HOME ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STATE. WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 60 MPH WITH CRUISE CONTROL, THERE WERE NO ISSUES. I FIGURED THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS WRONG. AS I REACHED THE HIGHWAY WHERE THE SPEED LIMIT IS 70 MPH, I ACCELERATED TO 70 MPH WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL. AS SOON AS I BROKE THE 70 MPH POINT, THE CAR MECHANICALLY STALLED AGAIN AS I WAS TRYING TO MERGE ONTO THE BUSY HIGHWAY. AGAIN, LUCKILY, I MADE IT SAFELY TO THE SHOULDER AND RESTARTED. I TOOK IT IN TO AN AUTHORIZED JEEP DEALER THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED A NEW SHIFTER MODULE/BEZEL. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD AND SOMETHING THE CHRYSLER COMPANY SHOULD OF KNOWN ABOUT AND PUT A RECALL OUT ON THIS VEHICLE. I CALLED CHRYSLER AND WAS ONLY TOLD THAT THERE ARE RECALLS OUT ON JEEP COMMANDERS FOR IT SLIPPING INTO NEUTRAL BUT THAT MY VEHICLE WAS NOT PART OF SAID RECALL. ALTHOUGH THE GEAR ON MY CAR SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL WHEN I HAD IT IN DRIVE. THE RECALL ALSO STATES THAT VEHICLES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN CERTAIN DATES SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR THE RECALL. TRAVELING AT HIGHWAY SPEED THE BLOWER MOTOR CUT OFF AND THE LIGHTS ON THAT COME ON WHEN YOU FIRST TURN THE KEY ON CAME ON. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO SUDDEN ACCELERATION. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED WHILE TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON THE NORTHWAY, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY AND WITHOUT WARNING ACCELERATED AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED OF ABOUT 90 MPH. AT THE TIME, THE CONSUMER WAS ABOUT FIVE CAR LENGTHS FROM AN AUTOMOBILE AHEAD OF HIM IN THE SAME LANE, AND IN 10 SECONDS HE WAS JUST A FEW FEET OF OVERTAKING AND CRASHING INTO THE VEHICLE. HE APPLIED THE BRAKE, THEN THE ACCELERATOR, REPEATING IT OVER AND OVER, BUT TO NO AVAIL, UNABLE TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO A STOP OR EVEN SLOW IT DOWN. B/C A NEW CAR, I THOUGHT IT WAS STRANGE BUT NOT A REAL ISSUE. IN AUG '06, TAKING MY CAR IN FOR ROUTINE SERVICE, BACKING UP IN THE DEALERSHIP LOT & THE CAR CUT OFF COMPLETELY. ADDED THE REQUEST TO HAVE THE ISSUE CHECKED. I EXPLAINED THIS WASN'T THE 1ST TIME THE CAR CUT OFF AND THERE MUST BE A PROBLEM. WAS TOLD THAT NOTHING FOUND. IN SEPT '06, I WAS DRIVING TO WORK IN STOP & GO TRAFFIC - MY CAR CUT OFF COMPLETELY. I WAS ABLE TO APPLY THE HAZARD LIGHTS TO WARN OTHER DRIVERS. I WAS ABLE TO START THE CAR AND TOOK IT INTO THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. I EXPLAINED THAT THIS WAS THE 3RD TIME THAT THE CAR COMPLETELY SHUT OFF, AND SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE DONE. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT REPLICATE THE SITUATION AND WAS ASKED TO PICK UP MY CAR. I TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT I WAS NOT PICKING UP MY CAR UNTIL SOMETHING WAS DONE. MY CAR CUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING! THAT IS NOT SAFE. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I AM IN A TRAGIC ACCIDENT TO SAY SEE, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT REPORTED THAT THEY CONTACTED THE STAR HOTLINE AND REPLACED THE PCM AND INSTALLED A CONTROL PROGRAM. I HAVE CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE STALLING AND HESITATION WHILE DRIVING BUT THE CAR HAS NOT COMPLETELY SHUT OFF. I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN ACCELERATING TO MERGE INTO TRAFFIC, NOR PASS OTHER VEHICLES. I FEEL TOTALLY VULNERABLE THAT THE COMMANDER WILL SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING. DURING MY LAST SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE 1/31/07, I INFORMED THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT I AM STILL EXPERIENCING HESITATION/STALLING. THEY DID NOT FIND ANYTHING. I HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO SET UP A TIME TO LEAVE MY VEHICLE FOR OVERNIGHT ROAD TEST. *NM

1ST OCCURRENCE OF THE STALLING/DYING: 7/23/06. VEHICLE WAS MOVING AT A SLOW SPEED MAKING A RIGHT HAND TURN. THE VEHICLE LOST POWER (NO RESPONSE WHEN PUSHING ON THE GAS PEDAL AND THE POWER STEERING ALSO FAILED). DRIVER HAD TO PUT THE VEHICLE INTO PARK FROM DRIVE, TURN THE KEY TO THE OFF POSITION AND THEN BACK TO THE START POSITION. THE 2ND OCCURRENCE WAS ON 8/9/06 12:30 PM. AT A STOPLIGHT ON A HILL WAITING TO TURN LEFT. THE LIGHT TURNED, THE CAR IN FRONT OF HER ACCELERATED AND WHEN DRIVER TOOK HER FOOT OFF OF THE BRAKE TO APPLY THE GAS AND THE CAR BEGAN TO ROLL BACKWARDS. AFTER THIS OCCURRENCE, DRIVER CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE WITH A SVC ADVISOR. DRIVER DESCRIBED THE SYMPTOMS AND THEY SAID THEY HAD HEARD OF THIS HAPPENING ON SOME OTHER COMMANDERS AND THAT THEY KNEW THE PART THAT TYPICALLY FIXED IT. DRIVER MADE APPT TO BRING IN FOR SERVICE. VEHICLE DROPPED OFF 8/10/06. CALL FROM SVC DEPT. 8/11/2006 AND STATED TECH TESTED FOUND A BAD MAP SENSOR. THEY REPLACED THE SENSOR AND SAID THE PROBLEM SHOULD BE RESOLVED. THE 3RD OCCURRENCE HAPPENED ON 8/15/06 7:40 AM. DRIVER WAS STOPPED WAITING FOR TRAFFIC TO CLEAR TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN ONTO HIGHWAY 212 FROM 222ND DRIVE. AT THIS POINT, DRIVER CALLED DEALERSHIP AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SERVICE ADVISER AND SAID SHE WOULD BE BRINGING THE VEHICLE BACK IN AS IT WASN'T FIXED. THE 4TH OCCURRENCE HAPPENED 8/15/06 5:50 PM WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION ON HIGHWAY 217 DRIVING TO THE NORTHWEST JEEP DEALERSHIP. DRIVER WAS IN SLOW RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC- 5-10 PH. DEPRESSED THE GAS PEDAL TO ACCELERATE TO KEEP UP WITH TRAFFIC AND THE CAR JUST CONTINUED TO COAST WITH NO ACCELERATION. SHE HAD TO PUT THE VEHICLE IN PARK, TURN THE KEY TO THE OFF POSITION, START THE CAR AGAIN AND THEN STOP ON THE HIGHWAY TO PUT CAR BACK INTO DRIVE. *NM

ON DECEMBER 2, 2005, MY MOTHER WAS KILLED IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT IN STANTON, DELAWARE. SHE WAS OPERATING MY 2006 JEEP COMMANDER, AND THE INCIDENT WAS CAUSED BY UNINTENDED ACCELERATION. THE DELAWARE STATE POLICE CONTACTED THE OFFICE OF DEFECT INVESTIGATION AS PART OF THEIR INVESTIGATION. THE DELAWARE STATE POLICE HAVE RECENTLY ADVISED ME THAT THE OFFICE OF DEFECT INVESTIGATION IS CLOSING THIS INQUIRY. ABOUT 20 MINUTES AGO I WAS DRIVING SHERI AND MYSELF BACK HOME FROM AN APPOINTMENT AND WENT TO PULL OUT OF A TEE JUNCTION-, ROSSWAY ROAD AND THE ROAD WAS WET, I DABBED THE THROTTLE AND PULLED OUT GENTLY, UNFORTUNATELY A CADILLAC CAME OVER THE BROW OF THE HILL TRAVELING FAST AND STAMPED ON THE GAS TO ACCELERATE OUT OF THE WAY- NOPE HE REFUSED TO MOVE, I HAD MY FOOT ON THE GAS, FLAT TO THE FLOOR- ZERO JUST MIN POWER, AFTER WHAT SEEMED LIKE 1 SECONDS IT PICKED UP- FULL THROTTLE ? WENT SIDEWAYS SPINNING THE TIRES AND WAS AT THAT POINT ON THE SHOULDER- IT THEN LEFT OFF UP THE ROAD LIKE A DRAG CAR- 5000+RPM. NOW THE SCARY BIT, SUCH A MANEUVER SHOULD HAVE TURNED THE ESP LIGHT ON AT LEAST, NOTHING, I'VE GOT TO TELL YOU AT THIS POINT I AM DONE WITH THIS THING. I JUST CALLED CHRIS XXX AT THE DEALERSHIP AND HE SAYS THAT HE CAN?T DO ANYTHING FOR ME EXCEPT CALL DCC AND A LAWYER- HE NEEDS TO HEAR FROM THEM WHAT TO DO. BUT HE SAYS AS THERE ARE NO ERROR CODES STORED HE WILL HAVE NO DATA TO WORK WITH ANYWAY. I?M ON HOLD WITH DCC NOW AND I?M ON HOLD WAITING TO TALK TO THE NEXT DEPT?
