THE OVERFLOW IS NOT BECAUSE THE TANK IS OVER-FILLED, AS IT IS POSSIBLE, IN MY EXPERIENCE, TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL GALLON AFTER INITIAL OVERFLOW. 2) THE MECHANISM THAT SHUTS OFF THE PUMP HANDLE AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE FUEL TANK IS BECOMING FULL DOES NOT STOP THE PUMP. MY RADIO AND LIGHTS WORKED FINE. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED IN A YEAR AND 2 MONTHS. THE TWO PRIOR TIMES, I COASTED DOWN TO A FLAT AREA AND THE CAR STARTED. TONIGHT IT DIDN'T. I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM OR FUEL PUMP. THE THREE TIMES THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED I HAVE HAD 1/4 OF A TANK OF GAS OR LESS. *TR
MY CAR WAS PARKED ON AN INCLINE OF ABOUT 20 DEGREES AND I HAD 1/4 TANK OF GAS. WHEN I WENT TO START THE CAR IT WOULDN'T TURN ON. ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE DASH CAME ON, BUT THE ENGINE WOULDN'T TURN OVER.
