I purchased this 2020 Jeep Wrangler from SunToyota car dealership in Holiday, FL on [XXX]. There have been several ongoing concerning safety issues with this vehicle and the car dealership over the past year since I purchased it. My vehicle has had immediate malfunctions and service visits upon purchase. On 12/31/24, the car went to the shop for broken visor (as is) as listed on service invoice- during this same visit I explained that turn signals lights were not functioning properly- was told that it was too much labor and they are aftermarket lights that the dealership cannot fix- dealership did not attempt to rectify the issue at this time. Broken visor/turn signal lights did not function properly upon purchase of the vehicle. In February, the car had what is known as the “death wobble” on major highways [XXX] and [XXX] in Florida, which was an extremely dangerous experience for all passengers in the vehicle. Invoice from 2/27/25 reflects suspension concern in regards to “death wobble” that was rectified, but again highly unsafe, and vehicle is beginning to shake again at high speeds as of December 2025. Invoice from 10/19/25 highlights the turn signal malfunction once again (it was never fixed from previous visit after purchase of vehicle and continued over several months). Car was taken back to dealer. Received call on 11/11 stating it was ready, to receive another call on my way there stating another issue with lights arisen. Received call on 11/12 stating it’s ready again, service advisor not present, and ALL lights flickering severely worse. Spoke to executive director, Dylan, who stated “[XXX] things happen” and walked away. Vehicle stayed at dealership. (Invoice from 11/12 highlights the turn signal issue again.). Vehicle was returned to me on 11/28/25, where lighting and turn signals appeared to work properly. As of December 2025, the turn signals have malfunctions again. When I tried to get in contact with the dealership they didn't call back. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORM
Suddenly at 82,000 miles, my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport S 4 door began shaking uncontrollably while I was driving. It was a terrifying experience. I took it to the mechanic and he replaced the steering damper. The uncontrollable shaking continued. The mechanic replaced the steering damper again. The shaking continues. I have had a wheel alignment and tires balanced. I am scared to drive the vehicle. I don't know what else to do, except trade it in?
The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 MPH, the vehicle experienced the "Death Wobble". The contact stated that the front end of the vehicle violently shuddered and vibrated. The contact stated that the failure had occurred while driving on uneven pavement on two separate occasions. The local dealer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 60,000.
Mileage: 60,000
Vehicle shakes violently at 65-70 mph. We had the Jeep's front end aligned and it continues to shake.
When 4h on transfer case is on,the front tire wobble when turning even in a slow driving speed. Also suspension is very horrible when the vehicle is running on an uneven pavement driver and passenger were like being shaken inside left to right vise versa .
Death Wobble on this vehicle. It shakes uncontrollably at higher speeds after hitting a bump in the road.
The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving at approximately 65-70 MPH, the vehicle experienced the death wobble. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who determined that the failure was related to the track bar. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The contact stated that the death wobble failure was intermittent but had progressed over time. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.
Mileage: 37,000
- (1) failed/black instrument cluster/panel. unable to see mileage, fuel level, engine temperature, tire pressure, etc. - I can hear multiple warning lights going off, but I'm unable to see any. - the vehicle has been brought in for servicing at my nearest jeep dealership - the vehicle is currently being inspected at my nearest jeep dealership - there were no warning messages or lamps prior to failure. the issue first appeared on 1/25/2025. the panel has not turned on since.
- when driving on the highway, vehicle and steering wheel will shake uncontrollably if going over any bumps or grooves. vehicle is available for inspection and is currently being inspected by nearest dealership. - car would begin shaking and steering wheel would begin shaking and locking up. - problem is currently being assessed by nearest jeep dealership. - no warning signs or messages appeared prior to vehicle and steering wheel trembling. problem first appeared 1/2/2024.
When driving at freeway speeds, bumps in the road cause the "death wobble". This has occured on multiple occasions. The wobble remains until the jeep comes to a complete stop.
During highway speeds when terrain changes during a slight turn or just terrain changes in road jeep starts to shake and vibrate violently lasting a minute untill slowing down finally stops it
Driving on Interstate at 60 miles an hour, the vehicle shook back and forth so violently that I nearly lost control. I though something had broken in the suspension, and it was all all I could do to remain in my lane and get to the nearest off ramp. It subsided when I got off the freeway, where I physical inspected the wheels but couldn't find any visible issues with the suspension. It hasn't happened since (but now I stay off the freeway). I've taken the vehicle to the local Jeep dealer and was told that the issue is a known manufacture defect, which they referred to as an insane shake, and was told that I need to purchase a sway bar to correct the defect. No warning lighting appeared before or after.
At or about 68mph always while on interstate highways if I drive over certain bumps in the road my vehicle gets a dangerous shaking of the steering wheel that is very violent shaking. This shaking does not stop until I bring my vehicle to a complete stop.
I was on [XXX] when my jeep started shaking violently I pulled over in a rest area. Checked my tires and lug nuts everything seemed fine. Got back on [XXX] and about 5 miles later it happened again. On Friday [XXX] going to holly hill I hit a rough spot and my jeep wrangler shook violently again!! I caller a dodge dealer service department explained what happened and the young man called it a (DEATH WOBBLE) VERY SCARY!!! My Jeep dealership has confirmed that a Steering Damper replacement is necessary to keep the vehicle from experiencing what is called the "Death Wobble". After going over a few bumps the entire front end shakes as if there is a flat tire. Slowing down and pulling over remedies the problem. A driver who witnessed this pulled me over to say he thought I was going to lose my driver's wheel and suggested I keep under 35 MPH. The jeep has 20,800 miles on it. The dealership reported that each dealer can only order a small number of these parts per month as there is such a backlog. It's estimated they could order mine in March of 2024! In the meantime, they don't suggest I drive the vehicle. This is OUTRAGEOUS!
On Nov 28th 2023 while driving at approximately 70 mph on highway SR408 in Orlando the front suspension on my vehicle starting shaking violently.
I almost actually died twice on a road trip when i hit uneven pavement on major interstates and had to come to a complete stop in the middle of a major highway with semi trucks swerving all around me. This jeep has the death wobble and I can't get anyone to recreate the issue to get it fixed.
2020 Jeep Rubicon - wife was driving 60 mph on highway, went over a small bump and the steering wheel began shaking violently causing her to lose control. She was able to gain control and get to the side of the road, almost getting hit by several vehicles. She turned the Jeep off and restarted. She began traveling again, going slower this time, and it didn't happen again for about 30 minutes. She again went over a small bump (the dividers in the road where it switches to a bridge) and it began to shake bad again. I read online that this is a known problem. This is not safe. She could have been hit, or she could have hit someone. She is so terrified, she will no longer drive the vehicle.
The Jeep has had a deadly death wobble. it has been awful to drive Jeep has parts on back order for 6 months. it continues to throw me off the road or into oncoming traffic.
Front suspension steering damper defect
While driving at highway speeds we hit a bump in the road and the vehicle started to vibrate excessively in the front end of the vehicle. After slowing to 40 mph the vibration stopped. We weee able to speed up again to highway speeds but hit another bump 10 miles down the road and experienced another vibration/shimmy. This was not the first time.
When driving at 65 mph and hitting uneven pavement the vehicle will begin shaking violently. When slowed to 45 mph it will come out of it. Jeep Dealership suggested replacing steering stabilizer. When part replaced as well as alignment checked twice the vehicle continues to have death wobble.
Driving on the highway, when the roadway changed from paved to a bridge roadway, the vehicle began shaking uncontrollably and i had to hit my brakes and pull off the side of the road. I was going 75mph at the time. The vehicle now shakes uncontrollably when i hit any type of bump and i have to pull over. my front tires start shaking like a broken shopping cart wheel and it looks like they’re about to fall off when looking at the car from outside. I went to jeep and they said the issue is a steering damper issue. based on several online reports, it looks like this is a common issue with jeeps and no recall is being put out
When driving on a highway over 50 miles and you hit uneven road surface or a bump, it shakes terribly to the point you feel you have no control. Does not show any recall but there are a lot of people with the same vehicle and same problem.
On January 2, 2023, at about 4:00 PM I encountered the ‘Death Wobble’ while driving in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler (2-door) VIN: [XXX], purchased from Dave Smith Motors, Kellogg, ID on about 7/17/2020. I was driving North on I-15 about 10 miles South of Nephi, UT. I was traveling in the left lane at Freeway speeds (75-80 mph) when the front of the vehicle commenced to shake violently. My first thought was that both front tires had blown, although I did not observe any obstacles on the wet driving lanes. My second thought was, how do I get out of these mess without causing a major accident on that very busy stretch of Freeway holiday traffic? I, of course, braked and pulled to the left in an attempt to avoid getting rear-ended and immediately encountered snow and ice on the left shoulder and then on the ground adjacent to the Freeway. I managed to get off the Freeway, but continued to fishtail, almost losing control on the snow and ice. Eventually the vehicle ended up in a sideways slide perpendicular to the Freeway with the front of the vehicle aimed at the Freeway and heavy TRAFFIC! At that point I had no control over the vehicle as it continued to slide sideways headed for a huge drainage ditch. Luckily, we stopped before the precipice. I scrambled out of the vehicle as soon as it stopped sliding to see what had happened to the front end of the Jeep. There was no obvious damage, the tires were not flat, and I couldn’t figure out what had happened. I have now received a NOTICE OF PROPOSED CLASS SETTLEMNT, that upon further research informs me that 2020 Jeep Wranglers have a manufacture defect that causes the ‘Death Wobble’ in precisely the conditions that existed with me. “…2020 Jeep Wranglers …have a front suspension steering damper defect that causes the steering wheel and front suspension of the vehicle to shake after contact with a bumpy road surface at highway speed.” I was not aware of the Manufacturer's defect. The JEEP is unsafe!! INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (F
Hitting a bump when greater than 50 mph the front end would begin "death wobbling". I would have to slow down and pull over to the side to prevent losing control of vehicle. Took car to shop and had front end alignment and this did not fix problem. We then took the jeep into a specialist shop and they stated that they had not seen this on a non-modified jeep but had heard that the issue was happening. A new steering stabilizer was placed and the problem has been resolved. I was contacted regarding a lawsuit and would like reimbursement for the repairs.
My 2020 jeep wrangler becomes hard to control when I'm driving on the highway, it seems when I hit a small.bump in the road my steering wheel shakes to the point its hard to keep my jeep under control and remain safely in the lane I'm driving in. I bought my jeep to the dealer on 02/08/23. The results indicated I need a new stabilizer. The dealer stated no current steering parts are available at this time and when I picked up my jeep the invoice stated car may not be safe. The dealer said there are so many issues with wrangler steering issues, parts are not being shipped frequently and when the part comes in (unknown date) they will call me.
Driving on highway, 80 miles an hour in Southern Utah, three times I hit a normal bridge / road seam and the Jeep "Death Wobble" occurred. This is a well known thing amongst Jeep owners, but since I was a new owner I had no idea what was going on. After slowing down the wobble stopped. I thought I was going to crash. I am making an appointment with my local Jeep dealer to have it looked at.
We are experiencing the "jeep death wobble" intermittently, usually at speeds 60-70 mph only happens when hitting a bump, it shakes steering wheel violently until finally slowing down to 50-55 mph. Our jeep is all stock, with standard street tires and Never been off-road. Our Jeep has 28,000 miles and is still under warranty, although warranty ending March 2023. We have had it to dealership two times already, they replaced the steering stabilizer with a BDI brand after market stabilizer (experienced death wobble on way home from dealership after this was replaced) they also checked front end alignment which had no issues. They now want to try and change tires, which through my own research do not think this will help. I am now reaching out to another local Jeep Dealership to see if they will check it out.
Death wobbles on a stock Jeep nothing at all has been changed on this vehicle. I am unable to take this vehicle anywhere without experiencing death wobbles. Dealership will be replacing the stabilizer, but many Jeep owners are telling me that this is not a fix and more of a band aid for the problem. I am seeing this same complaint over and again in Jeep Facebook groups. The bought this vehicle brand new and do not feel safe. This is extremely concerning on the freeway as well. This happens at around 45 mph 60mph and higher, I have to slow down to a complete stop for it to stop.
At highway speeds, when hitting a bump, the front end vibrates and becomes a unstable. The corrective action is slowing down and the speed limit, in traffic, until the vibration disappears. There's a known factory fix for this issue. The vehicle had the a new or replacement part installed during the summer. The issue appeared resolved until today (2022-11-25) when it occurred twice.
The vehicle begins to shake violently after hitting a sudden bump in the road causing the vehicle to become uncontrollable. This happens at speeds in excess of 40mph. We asked both the dealer and jeep to look at the issue and they said it was not covered by the warranty and there were no warning light indicators.
I experience extreme shaking of the steering wheel when traveling in the freeway and hitting a small imperfection on the road causing the care to shake and the steering wheel to vibrate violently to the point i have slow down abruptly from 70MPH to under 50MPH. Took the Jeep to have it check after a day the dealer was not able to reproduce the issue, advised them of the speed that it happens at and are not willing to work on it. They are asking me to pick the car up. No warning prior to issue happening, you can be driving smoothly down the road up to 80MPH once the imperfection in the road is hit the car starts vibrating/shaking.
The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving approximately 60-70 MPH, the vehicle experienced a death wobble. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the dealer tightened the three bolts on the front end; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 14,500.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE HAD 4 INCIDENTS OF SHAKING OF THIS VEHICLE AFTER TURNING SLIGHTLY WHEN HITTING A BUMP IN THE ROAD WHETHER TRAVELING 45 OR 65 MILES PER HOUR. INITIALLY WHEN LEASED HAD SOME STEERING ISSUES WHICH WE ATTRIBUTED TO TIRE PRESSURE. 1ST INCIDENT OCCURRED 11/20 SENT TO GARAGE AND HAD A STEERING ADJUSTMENT DUE TO RECALL. IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR TWO OTHER INCIDENTS. COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE COMPANY, A CASE MANAGER ASSIGNED. CURRENTLY IN THE GARAGE, THE DIAGNOSTIC WAS NEGATIVE AND THE CAR HAD TO BE BROKEN DOWN AND A NEW STABILIZER APPLIED. DID NOT WORK ACCORDING TO TECH, SHAKING WAS WORSE. I AM WAITING TO HEAR FROM CM NO VERBAL CONTACT AT ALL. THE CAR IS UNSAFE. I AM NOT SURE IF ANYONE HAS REPORTED HOWEVER ON LINE REPORTS ON ELECTRONIC MEDIA ARE NUMEROUS. I FEEL IT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED DUE TO THE LAST INCIDENT ON A 4 LANE ROAD PASSING A TRUCK WAS SCARY. I DO THINK DEATH SHOULD BE A REASON AND I THINK IT IS SAD TO HAVE TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY TO DRIVE SAFETY. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED FURTHER DETAILS.
While driving down the highway, hit a pothole, and the vehicle started to shake very violently. Was unable to control the vehicle and crashed against the guardrail causing damage to the vehicle. This happened on January 22, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas.
a safety issue that has been termed the Jeep "death wobble" has occurred numerous times over the past 6 months . When a bump or pothole is confronted , there is a violent shaking of the steering wheel and front end and it takes anywhere from 5-15 seconds to resume control of the vehicle . This usually occurs at a speed of 55-65 miles per hour . control of the vehicle is virtually impossible when this occurs and only resumes stability when speed of the vehicle declines. Three repairs have been attempted to correct the issue , with genuine Chrysler parts used , but to no avail. This safety issue and dangerous condition has been documented with Chrysler since 2010 and there are 2 class action lawsuits still in place vs. Chrysler, the most recent being one regarding 2018-2020 jeep wranglers , filed in California.
On 4 occassions two while being towed behind our RV the Jeep started jumping violently. Looked on the camera and felt like we were driving over big boulders but there were none. Thankfully we were going slow enough to stop without having an accident. On all four times it did not come back when we were going again. We are terrified of driving it and more so of towing it. Dealer found nothing wrong... We don't understand.
MY VEHICLE IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE SAME RECALL AS OTHER JEEPS BUT HAS THE SAME STEERING VIBRATION DAMPENER DEFECT. AFTER HITTING A BRIDGE SEAM ACROSS THE HIGHWAY OR A POTHOLE THE WHEEL AND STEERING COLUMN SHAKE UNCONTROLLABLY FORCING ME TO SLOW AND ATTEMPT TO GET OFF THE HIGHWAY.

2020 JL WRANGLER UNLIMITED. STOCK WRANGLER WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS WITH LESS THAN 1K MILES, IN SHOP 3 TIMES FOR SAME ISSUE. THE JEEP HAS EXCESSIVE STEERING OVER 3 INCHES OF PLAY IN STEERING WHEEL BEFORE TIRES MOVE. THE STEERING ALSO WANDERS ALL OVER THE LANE AND EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO KEEP IN LANE WITH HANDS AT 10 AND 2 ON STEERING WHEEL. MY JEEP ALSO HAS A STEERING BOX THAT SEPARATES FROM FRAME WHEN TURNING WHEEL. THERE IS AN AFTERMARKET COMPANY WHO CLAIMS TO HAVE FIXED THE BOX SEPARATION ISSUE. THEY HAVE SOLD THOUSANDS OF UNITS AND HAVE THOUSANDS ON BACKORDER. YOU HAVE TO ASK WHY IS THIS SUCH A NICHE FIX FOR GLARING FACTORY ISSUE. MY STEERING BOX WAS REPLACED AND FOX 2.0 STEERING STABILIZER WAS TRIED AND FAILED TO FIX. THE DEALERS ARE HELPLESS NOT HOPELESS. THE DEALERS KNOW ITS AN ISSUE AND WANT TO FIX AND JEEP IS AWARE OF ISSUE BASED ON NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS ON THIS SITE AS WELL AS INTERNET FORUMS. I THINK THE ISSUE IS JEEP KNOWS IT'S A REAL PROBLEM AND CLUELESS ON HOW TO ADDRESS WITHOUT MASSIVE RECALL. HELLO CLASS ACTION ATTORNEYS. WE NEED YOU!! THE NHTSA HAS LIMITED MUSCLE TO HANDLE ISSUES WITH FCA. THIS NEEDS LITIGATION BEFORE SOMEONE DIES. *TR
I AM UNABLE TO MAINTAIN MY LANE AT ALL WHILE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE. IT CAN BE CONCERNING TO DRIVE LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY ON THE INTERSTATE. IF YOU GET TO CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF THE ROAD ON NON INTERSTATE ROADS IT WILL PULL YOU STRAIGHT OFF THE ROAD. *TR

I PURCHASED THIS NEW 2020 JEEP IN DECEMBER 2019; THE JEEP NOW HAS ABOUT 800 MILES ON IT. WHEN DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT ANY SPEED THE JEEP WILL DART TO THE LEFT INTO ON-COMMING TRAFFIC WITH NO WARNING AND FOR NO APPEARANT REASON. THE FASTER THE SPEED THE MORE RADICAL THE SWERVE INTO TRAFFIC THE INCIDENT. I HAVE NOT BEEN IN ACCIDENT BUT HAD LIGHTS FLASHED, NUMEROUS HAND SIGNALS AND HORNS BLOWN AT ME IN THE JEEP FOR RECKLESS DRIVING. THE DEALERSHIP - CECIL JEEP OF BURNET TEXAS HAS VERIFIED THE PROBLEM AND IS TROUBLESHOOTING POTENTIAL ISSUES WITH A FACTORY ENGINEER. SOFTWARE AND DAMPER UPGRADES HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED PROPERLY DONE AND UP TO DATE.

2020 JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED RUBICON. THE DRIVER SIDE CONTROL ARM BRACKET ON MY FRONT AXLE IS NOT WELDED ON ONE SIDE. THE WELD MISSED THE BRACKET ALL TOGETHER. THERE IS A RECALL FOR SOME 2020S, BUT MINE IS NOT LISTED. JEEP TOLD ME SINCE MINE IS NOT LISTED, THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. ALSO EVEN IF IT WAS IMPACTED, THERE IS NO FIX YET. MY FRONT AXLE COULD COME LOOSE AT ANY TIME DUE TO MISSING WELD CAUSING A LOSS OF CONTROL. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

WHILE DRIVING AT SPEEDS BETWEEN 35 AND 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE WILL WANDER FROM LEFT TO RIGHT CAUSING THE DRIVER TO CONSTANTLY CORRECT THE VEHICLE TO STAY WITHIN THE LANE. THE VEHICLE WILL ALSO PULL TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES. ONCE I SWERVED HALF A LANES WIDTH UNDER HEAVY BRAKING. THE VEHICLE HAS 3100 MILES ON IT. AT ALL TIMES REGARDLESS OF THE ROAD CONDITION THIS BEHAVIOR EXIST AND THE INTERNET IS FULL OF COMPLAINTS. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE, NOT A PERFORMANCE ISSUE. PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO AS HE DOES A GREAT JOB DESCRIBING THE ISSUES SURROUNDING THE SAFETY OF THIS PRODUCT. HTTPS://WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/WATCH?V=GZES1_CJ99S I BELIEVE IF SOMETHING DOES NOT HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY THERE WILL BE ACCIDENTS. I HAD TO FIGHT WITH JEEP TO GET A RENTAL FOR THREE DAYS. THIS IS NOT A TIRE PRESSURE ISSUE OR SIMPLE ALIGNMENT ISSUE AND THAT'S HOW THE DEALERS ARE TRYING TO FIX THIS ISSUE, WITH BAND-AIDS I ASK FOR YOU TO READ AND TAKE THIS MESSAGE VERY SERIOUS AS I AM CONCERNED FOR ANYONE WITH THIS VEHICLE AND THESE HANDLING PROBLEMS. IT IS A KNOW ISSUE AND JEEP CONTINUES TO PUT PEOPLE IN THESE CARS. THE JEEPS ARE STILL BEING SOLD WITHOUT A PROPER CONFIRMATION THAT THEY ARE SAFE. I KNOW, BECAUSE I HAVE ONE....

NEW 2020 WRANGLER UNLIMITED RUBICON JUST A WEEK OLD. BEEN INTO DEALER 3 OF THOSE 7 DAYS FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1.) SIGNIFICANT PULL TO THE RIGHT ON FLAT SURFACE STREETS OR HIGHWAYS REGARDLESS OF SPEED. ALIGNMENT WAS DONE AND IN SPECS, YET THE PROBLEM EXISTS. ROTATED TIRES BACK TO BACK AND SIDE TO SIDE..NO FIX. CONSTANT CORRECTION REQUIRED EVERY FEW SECONDS MAKING IT NOT JUST A SAFETY ISSUE, BUT ALSO AN EXHAUSTING DRIVING EXPERIENCE. 2.) STEERING WHEEL IS OFF CENTERED ABOUT 5+ DEGREES TO THE RIGHT AND WANTS TO CONTINUOUSLY GO BACK TO THAT POSITION. DOES NOT ALIGN STRAIGHT. CAN FEEL IT RESISTING ME WANTING TO GO BACK OFF CENTER TO THE RIGHT. THERE IS PLAY IN THE STEERING WHEEL, AND YOU CAN SEE THAT IT WANTS TO STAY OFF CENTER ALL THE TIME. 3.) STEERING WHEEL WHEN MAKING A LEFT TURN IMMEDIATELY COMES BACK TOWARDS CENTER TO THE RIGHT AND FEELS LIKE IT RESISTS WHEN WANTING TO TURN LEFT; HOWEVER, WHEN MAKING A RIGHT TURN, THERE IS NO RESISTANCE AND IT DOES NOT COMEBACK TO CENTER WILLINGLY AS IT SHOULD. DEALER DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT, AND ASKED THAT I WAIT FOR A SOFTWARE UPDATE TO COME OUT IN NEXT 3-6 MONTHS. I DO NOT FIND THIS TO BE AN ACCEPTABLE OPTION.
