Tread of the tire delaminated, similar to what a recap would do. This happened at 43,476 miles +or- the first time. This incident occurred In Anton, Texas. My driver got stopped safely and the tire was still inflated. Moved the truck about a 100 yards to be in safer spot and the tire then went flat....
