Attempts to charge with home level 2 charger were unsuccessful, both at home and at a public charger. Reduced the charging speed using the car’s settings without success. Dealer reports a failure of the ICCU requiring replacement. This is apparently the subject of a class action lawsuit.

The car suddenly lost power and stalled to a max speed of 22mph. The car showed a check electrical system please stop vehicle. This is a known issue with the NHTSA. The car was towed to the nearest Kia dealer - Airport Kia in Naples FL.
