THE CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE, KIA SAYS THEY SENT A NOTIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER, YEARS AGO. WE FEEL THAT WE WERE ENTITLED TO A RECALL NOTICE BEFORE THE CAR BURNED DOWN.
