My car shakes when I drive it. I feel like something is wrong with engine or fuel pumping system again.

We were notified of this recall in February 2022. It's now August 2022. We called the dealer repeatedly and keep getting told the part is not available yet, try back in a couple weeks. Do we have to wait until the vehicle catches fire and burns down the house or worse yet, kills someone?
