AFTER PURCHASING OUR 2014 KZRV, WE FOUND THAT THE AXELS INSTALLED ON THE RV WERE UNDR RATED. AFTER A NUMBER OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS WITH KZ, THEY INDICATED THEY WOULD REPLACE THE AXELS BUT DELAYED BY NOT CALLING BACK AND MOVING FORWARD WITH THE REPAIR.
