VEHICLE FROM A STANDSTILL WAS PUT IN REVERSE GEAR, WHILE THE BRAKE WAS APPLIED ATTEMPTED TO BACK THE VEHICLE UP, THE TRUCK ACCELARATED AT AN HIGH RATE OF SPEED IN REVERSE GEAR ON ITS OWN.
