This Problem Across All Years
The contact owns a 2018 Land Rover Discovery. The contact stated while driving approximately 35 MPH, the battery warning illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled several seconds after the battery warning light was illuminated. The contact was able to coast into a parking lot and the vehicle was taken to a Parts Store where a new battery was purchased. The contact installed the battery however, the vehicle stalled again. The contact left the vehicle on the side of the road. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired by a dealer or independent mechanic. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 106,331.

Low coolant warning came on. Topped off coolant with no leak visible under vehicle. Warning came back a week later. And leak was now visible. Vehicle towed to dealer and discovered bad water pump and hoses. Dealer cannot fix vehicle for last 5 weeks due to back ordered heater manifold tube. Under 45k miles and unusable. Dealer advised leak on belts requires them to be replaced. No global ETA on parts.

THERE IS A DANGEROUS THROTTLE LAG WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A ROLLING STOP. MANY USERS HAVE NEARLY HAD ACCIDENTS LIKE ME. YOU PRESS THROTTLE AND IT DOES NOTHING FOR LIKE 2 SECONDS THEN SUDDENLY ENGINE PICKS UP... ITS A GASOLINE V6 ENGINE SO ITS NOT TURBO LAG.... AND WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY STOPPED AND ACCELERATE ITS JUST FINE. ITS JUST WHEN SLOWLY ROLLING ITS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!
