I received a recall in July 2023 recall (23v378). It has now been six months of parking my car outdoors. I have contacted the dealership 3 times to no avail about the repair. Last contact was on 1/24/2024 no returned phone call.

Recall - 23S28 - NHTSA recall 23V378 I have not been able to get my dealership to return my calls or fix this recall - Monadnock Ford 119 Monadnock Highway Swanzey, NH 03446 I contacted them back in August and they finally (after multiple efforts) got back to me in November and asked for my info. I asked for an eta and they told me parts were on backorder. I have contacted them via their website, phone and email multiple times for an update with no reply.

Recall 23S28 on my vehicle has never been repaired. have contacted dealership several times and have been told I would have to wait for part. Three months is not acceptable . I have tried to call 888-327-4236 and line does not connect. Also tried to email NHTSA.gov and will not go through.

Received recall notice and advised in AUG in letter that parts were available . Made appt with Nick Mayer Lincoln Mayfield Hts Ohio for 9/6 8:00 am. While on the way they called to say they cant do it because they didn't have the parts. I visited on 9/11 and discussed with the service manager that I was on the list and they would contact me////// Watching the Cleveland news tonight I see that there was a fire of a 2019 MKC3 . While on the way they called to say they cant do it because they didn't have the parts. In June of 2023, a potential fire recall was issued. Contacted two dealerships, was told no parts available. In August 2023, a second notice regarding fire (whether car is running or parked). Called dealer and was told “no parts yet, out on wait list, no idea when parts will come in.” Called several times.

The damage could cause a short circuit that, because there's no fuse in the circuitry, could lead to overheating and a fire. The vehicles involved are model year 2015 through 2019 Lincoln MKC SUVs I am reporting this because of the article that was distributed (above). Per your site, I do not have a recall. Per the Lincoln dealer I do, but they cannot allow me to come in for remediation due to not having guidance from Lincoln yet. Raising further awareness that this is an issue.

I purchased this vehicle less than 30 days. It had 29,257 miles. From day one, the vehicle came with no heating. When you push for heat, the cold AC blows. The part is in national back order. Secondly, when driving car at 20- 45 miles there is vibration, like a window is down when on a highway, but I'm driving in my neighborhood with all windows up. The vibration is unbearable. Thirdly and most importantly, when I slow to break, the car revs up, as if it won't stop. This is very unsettling. I'm never at ease because of this. This is a newer vehicle. There's a Toyota Camry 2011 and a Mitsubishi Outlander 2018 outperforming my newer Lincoln MKC 2019. I'm now afraid to drive the MKC because of the safety concerns. I just bought the car in October 5, 2022. I've reported this to corporate Lincoln. I don't understand why there hasn't been a recall. I do notice a flood of these vehicles in the market for sale. I'm afraid to drive this vehicle.

HAD THERE BEEN A TRANSPORT TRAILER BEHIND US, WE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DOING NOTHING FOR US.
