CONSUMERS WHEELS LOCKED-UP WHEN APPLYING BRAKES, CAUSING VEHICLE TO REAR-END ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE FRONT OF VEHICLE WAS SMASHED REQUIRING A NEW FRONT END CLIP, ALSO THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY IN THE ACCIDENT. *TT
