Passenger seat belt was stuck retracted and had to be replaced. Coolant temperature control valve failed and car ran cold. They have many cars with this issue but no recall was issued

"low oil" indicator came on after less than 5000 miles after oil change. Found oil to be 1 quart low. Scheduled oil changes are 10,000 miles apart, which suggests engine has defect which allows oil to be consumed within the engine. No signs of oil leakage.

While exiting the freeway there were no cars in front of my vehicle. The vehicles “smart braking system” triggered seemingly at random and brought the vehicle to an immediate stop. This is incredibly dangerous.

Low oil light came on twice in first 6,000K. Had to use a quart of oil (total) to refill. Oil dipstick showed low oil both times. Engine is consuming oil with no obvious leaks noticeable on exterior components.
