ONCE THE DOOR OPENED THE DOOR HANDLE FRACTURED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 44,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.

TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR FLEW OPEN (WHILE DRIVING) AS IT DID NOT LATCHED CLOSED. THE RIGHT SIDE REAR SLIDING DOOR STILL WILL NOT LATCH CLOSED......THOUGHT IT WAS FROZEN, BUT DEALER SAYS NO - NOT FROZEN - IT'S A FAULTY PART / SWITCH CAUSING ISSUE. 3.
