I TALKED TO THE DEALER AND THE FORD CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AT 866 436 7332 AND THEY SAID THE NHTSA DETERMINES THE EFFECTED VIN NUMBER VEHICLES. THERE IS ALSO A FORD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM 14N01 WHICH DEALT WITH THIS SETTLEMENT FOR VEHICLES THRU CY 2005.
