HAVING PROBLEM WITH THE BACK HEATER NOT WORKING AT ALL. TRANSMISSION HAS A SLOW SHIFT AND WILL SHIFT HARD WHEN DOWN SHIFTING, STERRING WHEEL GET HARD WHEN TEMP. ARE IN THE TEEN,S. CLUCK NOISES WHEN HITTING LIGHT BUMPS. BRAKES GRIND WHEN BRAKES ARE COLD. RADIO WILL LOOSE MEMORY. HEATER SWITCH WHEN ONE 1, MAKES A TICKING NOISE. SLIDING DOOR GETS HARD TO CLOSE. GAS TANK, HAVE TO TURN CAP SLOWLY SO GAS AIR WILL LEAK OUT. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT APPEARS THEN GOES OUT.
BRAKES SQUEAL - VERY LOUDLY. I HAVE REPLACED THE FRONT ROTORS AND PADS. THE REAR SHOES ARE BRAND NEW. THE VAN HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BUT THEY CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG. THE FACT THAT THE SQUEAL CANNOT BE MADE TO GO AWAY LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A DESIGN FLAW. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU HAVE HEARD OF A FIX OR A RECALL.*AK

ELECTRICAL:NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH DOOR LOCKS ACTIVATION/WINDSHIELD SPRAYER FRONT AND REAR INOPERATIVE/INTERIOR LIGHTING CONTROLS FOR VENTILATION INOP., RADIO&CD PLAYER OPERATION INTERMITTENT AT ALL TIMES AND REPLACED RADIO BUT STILL HAD PROBLEMS GETTING POWER TO THE UNIT ON A REGULAR BASIS; HYDRAULIC BRAKES: FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS NOT FUNCTIONING FULLY/REAR BRAKES MAKE GRINDING NOISES. EXHAUST SYSTEM: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AT DIFFERENT INTERVALS DUE TO BROKEN HOSE BETWEEN EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY AND INTAKE MANIFOLD/O2 SENSOR REPLACED DUE TO TROUBLE CODES.
WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED APPLIED BRAKES, AND HEARD GRINDING NOISE COMING FROM BRAKES, AND VEHICLE WON'T STOP. ALSO, PEDAL WILL GO ALL THE WAY TO FLOOR, AND BRAKES WILL PULSATE. *AK
WHENEVER VEHICLE IS STARTD, THE ABS LIGHT WOULD BE FLASHING & FINALLY STAY ON. HAS TAKEN TO DEALER & INFORMED BY MECHANIC NOT TO DRIVE DUE TO ELECTRICAL SHORT IN WIRING SYSTEM. DOES NOT KNOW IF AIR BAG WOULD WORK PREMATURELY OR NOT. *AK
REAR BRAKE FAILURES OCCUR WHEN THE VEHICLE IS PARKED AT AN INCLINE AND THE PARKING BRAKE IS DEPRESSED. RELEASING OF THE PARKING BRAKE WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL DEPRESSED CAUSES ONE OF THE REAR BRAKE CYLINDERS TO EXTEND BEYOND THEIR NORMAL OPERATIONAL RANGE, RESULTING IN FAILURE OF THE REAR WHEEL CYLINDER. THIS PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED ON FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS. PROCEDURALLY THIS PROBLEM DOES NOT OCCUR WHEN THE VEHICLE IS NOT PARKED ON AN INCLINE. *AK

RELEASING OF THE PARKING BRAKE WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL DEPRESSED CAUSES ONE OF THE REAR BRAKE CYLINDERS TO EXTEND BEYOND THEIR NORMAL OPERATIONAL RANGE, RESULTING IN FAILURE OF THE REAR WHEEL CYLINDER. WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE STALLED. ALSO, BRAKES TO FAILED. VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN REPAIR SHOP TIME AFTER TIME, AND DEALERS CAN'T DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. *AK
CONSUMER STATES WHEN DRIVING THE AND APPLYING THE BRAKES THEY MAKE ALOT OF NOISE. ALSO, TRANMISSION IS GOING OUT. CONSUMER HAD TO KEEP PUTTING BULBS IN THE TAIL LIGHTS, AND THE DEALER CAN'T FOUND THE PROBLEM. *AK
BRAKES MAKE UNNECESSARY GRINDING & SQUEAKING NOISE WHENEVER BRAKES ARE APPLIED. VEHICLE BEEN IN/OUT OF DEALER SHOP AND WAS TOLD THAT MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM, BUT CONDITION WAS NOT RESOLVED. *AK
CONSUMER HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING BRAKE FAILURE AT RANDOM. WHEN VEHICLE COMES TO A STOP OR AT A STOP, VEHICLE WILL NOT STOP PROPERLY OR COME TO A COMPLETE STOP. THIS CONDITION ONLY OCCURS INTERMITTENTLY. DEALER NOTIFIED AND COULD NOT FIND ANY THING WRONG. *AK
ABS BRAKING SYSTEM SOMETIMES ENGAGES WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STANDING STILL OR MOVING SLOWLY, USUALLY TRAVELING DOWN A SLIGHT INCLINE AND ON DRY PAVEMENT. VEHICLE DRIFTS FORWARD IN THIS SITUATION. *AK
