Tire was found flat after being parked. Car towed in for repair to Mini Cooper dealership. I was informed tire could not be repaired. Sidewall damage. Appeared sidewall ruptured in two places. No scuff marks. Retired NY State Trooper could not see any scuff marks. Cracks and rupture in two locations...
