I just recently financed my car I haven’t even had it 1 month and every time I drive it for more than 1 hour the transmission fills like it’s going out on me on the freeway I can’t seem to get it to go over 40 miles an hour and it makes sun weird noise and idles high I can also feel it when I drive I can fill it slipping it jerks it only has 117000 miles on it I did mention it to the dealership and he said it wasn’t the transmission it was something else I know it’s the transmission I just wanted to know if it was a recall or anyone else had this issue I have not had it inspected being it hasn’t even been a month yet

What component or system failed or malfunction and is it available for inspection upon request. The CVT failsafe high fluid temperature protection mode enacted while I was driving on the highway at speeds of 65 to 70 mph going with the flow of traffic it is not available for inspection upon request because this issue only occurs while you're driving down the highway. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? My safety and the safety of my passengers and the safety of my fellow commuters was put in jeopardy due to negligence of the manufacturer of the 2012 Nissan Altima when this occurs all acceleration ceases your foot can be all the way to the floor on the gas pedal and your car will not accelerate and in the fast lane on the highway when this happened I became a Sitting Duck in the flow of traffic cars are flying by me and my passengers and I can't get enough speed to change lanes and get out of danger due to a failsafe that Nissan put in these cars on purpose they were fully aware of these issues this is a direct quote from the 2012 Nissan Altima owners manual page 5-17 warning when the high fluid temperature protection mode or fail safe operation occurs vehicle speed may be gradually reduced the reduced speed may be lower than traffic which could increase the chance of a collision be especially careful when driving if necessary pull to the side of the road to a safe place and allow the transmission to return to normal operation or have it reparative necessary. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center. Unknown. has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer police Insurance Representatives or others. Unknown. Where there any warning lamps messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure and when did they first appear. Zero warning lamps no messages just all of the sudden no acceleration and I am in a very dangerous situation which could have cost many people their lives

THE DASHBOARD IS MELTING. IT IS NOW TO THE POINT WHERE IT PEELS UP IF ANY ITEM IS PLACED ON IT AND THEN REMOVED. THERE IS A WET OILY SUBSTANCE FORMING IN PLACES ALL OVER THE DASH. IT IS INCREDIBLY STICKY ALL OVER. I PLACED MY CELL PHONE ON THE DASH WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I HAD TO APPLY FORCE TO GET IT OFF OF MY DASH. THAT RESULTED IN THE VEHICLE GOING IN TO THE LANE ADJACENT WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL WAS JERKED DURING REMOVAL OF THE PHONE. IT POTENTIALLY COULD HAVE BEEN A SERIOUS CRASH. THE PHONE PULLED PART OF THE VINYL DASH OFF AS WELL. I HAVE CHECKED RECALLS FOR NISSAN AND THE DASH IS NOT AMONG THEM. I NOTED A VERY SLIGHT STICKINESS ON THE DASH WHEN I PURCHASED THE ALTIMA USED IN 2017 AFTER HURRICANE HARVEY. IT HAS PROGRESSIVELY BECOME WORSE UNTIL I AM NOW IN THE SITUATION I HAVE REPORTED. AS A SIDE NOTE, I HAD PREVIOUSLY OWNED A 2006 TOYOTA SOLERA IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE DASH. TOYOTA DID ISSUE A RECALL ON THE DASH. I HAD IT REPLACED BY THE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT INCIDENT.

Car got stuck in a high gear on the interstate. Speed reduced dramatically and went below minimum speed limit (40mph). No warning lights illuminated. My vehicle has had this issue twice within the last 6 years. Took my car to the dealership where I bought it but they said that they didn't have anybody that could check a CVT.

I live in Texas and the heat is causing the dashboard to melt. This is not a cosmetic issue, the glare from the dashboard makes it very hard to see when driving and is serious safety concern. Also the melting may be problematic if the airbags need to deploy because the integrity of the dashboard is compromised. I am attach thing letters from the center for auto safety which are exactly describing the scenario.

MY VEHICLE IS ONLY 8 YEARS OLD AND RECENTLY THE AIRBAG LIGHT BEGAN TO FLASH ON THE DASHBOARD , WHICH IS THE SIGN OF A PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE. I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP (ELK GROVE NISSAN, CALIFORNIA) AND PAID TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. AFTER PERFORMING THE DIAGNOSTICS, I WAS TOLD THAT THE AIRBAG SYSTEM WAS FAULTY AND THAT IT WOULD COST ME $1500 TO REPAIR. MY QUESTION TO THEM WAS: " WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE REPAIR IF THE AIRBAG IS FAULTY?" I ALSO SAID THAT IF THE AIRBAG IS FAULTY, IT SHOULD BE RECALLED. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE THERE WAS NO RECALL ON MY VEHICLE. I HAVE SINCE CHECKED THE SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE FOR MY VEHICLE AND THERE IS NOWHERE IN THE BOOKLET THAT STATES THAT THE AIRBAG IS A MAINTENANCE ITEM FOR THE OWNER. THE AIRBAG IS A SAFETY ITEM AND SHOULD BE RECALLED AND REPAIRED BY THE MANUFACTURER JF IT IS FAULTY AS IS WITH MY VEHICLE. WHAT IS FRIGHTENING IS THAT THE RED LIGHT IS STILL FLASHING ON THE DASHBOARD AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IF I CONTINUE TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE. THE AIRBAG IS FAULTY AND SHOULD BE RECALLED AND REPAIRED ASAP BEFORE SOMETHING VERY SERIOUS HAPPENS. SINCE AUGUST 2020, I HAVE TRADED PHONE CALLS, EMAILS AND LETTERS WITH NISSAN TO NO AVAIL. UPON RESEARCHING THIS PROBLEM IT SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM ON INFINITI'S AND NISSAN'S SINCE 2003. THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE FIXED BY NISSAN, BEING IT'S AN ONGOING ISSUE IN ALL MODELS. MY DASHBOARD IS STARTING TO MELT. THIS YEAR, IN EARLY MARCH I NOTICED IT WAS VERY STICKY AND REALLY SOFT TO THE TOUCH. MY HAND WOULD DENT IT WITH SLIGHT PRESSURE. A SLIGHT GLARE STARTED TO DEVELOP IN THE WINDSHIELD AND IT WORSENED DURING THE SUMMER. I DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICAL CLEANERS, JUST WIPE MY CAR WITH A DAMP CLOTH, SO I WAS AT A LOSS UNTIL I GOT ONLINE RECENTLY AND FOUND THIS WAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH ALTIMA MODELS. THE ISSUE WAS NOTICED WHILE PARKED OUTSIDE IN MY DRIVEWAY AND IS WORSE DURING HOT MONTHS, THOUGH IT IS NOW COLDER OUTSIDE AND THERE IS STILL MILD STICKINESS AND GLARE. I EXPECT IT TO WORSEN AGAIN IN THE SPRING/SUMMER TEXAS HEAT. I HAVE JUST RECENTLY CONTACT NISSAN CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THE ISSUE AND THEY DO NOT SOUND LIKE THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUE IN THE 2012 MODEL, THOUGH SEVERAL CAR WEBSITES HAVE OTHRE OWNERS NOTING ISSUES BEYOND THE CLASS ACTION SUITE IN FLORIDA OVER THE 2007-2009 ALTIMA MODELS WITH MELTING DASHBOARDS. THE EMAIL FROM NISSAN IS ATTACHED AND I WILL RESPOND WITH THE INFORMATION THEY REQUESTED.

2012 NISSAN ALTIMA CVT TRANSMISSION ISSUES. ALTIMA HAS RECALLED FROM 2007-2010 AND THEN AGAIN AFTER 2012 FOR THE CVT TRANSMISSIONS. MINE IS DOING THE SAME THINGS AND NISSAN DOESN'T HAVE A WAY FOR ME TO CHECK THE FLUIDS. THE DEALERSHIP SAID THEY CAN FIX THE PROBLEM FOR OVER $7000. I'M IN THE DEALERSHIP RIGHT NOW AND HE SAYS AGAIN THAT HE CAN'T CHECK THE FLUIDS BUT THAT I CAN REPLACE IT IF I WANT BUT THAT IT MIGHT MAKE IT WORSE. THE VEHICLE SOMETIMES DOESN'T SHIFT AND ENGINE REVS WITHOUT ACCELERATION AT ANY SPEED. THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR AWHILE AND I HAVE EXPLORED OPTIONS TO REPAIR IT AND HAVE FAILED DISCUSSIONS WITH NISSAN A FEW TIMES BECAUSE I REFUSE TO PAY A NISSAN DEALERSHIP MECHANIC TO LOOK AT THE VEHICLE WHEN A MECHANIC I TRUST HAS ALREADY DONE SO. THE DATE I PUT IN FOR WHEN IT HAPPENED IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE, BUT MY CAR HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. I JUST THOUGHT OF CONTACTING THE NHTSA ABOUT IT AFTER RESEARCHING THIS ONLINE. THIS HAS CAUSED OIL TO LEAK OUT FROM THE OIL COOLER ACCORDING TO THE MECHANIC WHO LOOKED AT IT AND THAT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, BUT IT HASN'T BEEN SEVERE TO THE POINT WHERE I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY PUT OIL IN THE CAR.

I HAVE A AUTOMATIC 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA W. 130K MILES. WHILE DRIVING, MY CAR AUTOMATICALLY SHIFTED TO NEUTRAL AND IN ORDER FOR ME TO STOP, I HAD TO PLACE MY EMERGENCY BRAKES ON. THE GEAR WAS STUCK IN BETWEEN NEUTRAL AND REVERSE AND UNABLE TO MOVE. THOUGHT IT WAS A SHIFTER CONSOLE, BUT TURNS OUT IT WAS MY TRANSMISSION. IN THIS MODEL CAR, THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST NISSAN FOR FAILING CVT TRANSMISSIONS/ENGINES. MY FAILURE HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING AND COULD HAVE CAUSED A MAJOR ACCIDENT. DUE TO THE MILES, I AM OUT OF WARRANTY AND I DO BELIEVE THAT NISSAN SHOULD BE AT FAULT SEEING THAT THERE IS A SUIT PENDING.

ONE 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS MY VEHICLE HAS COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN WITHOUT WARNING. THE FIRST TIME WAS WHILE I WAS SITTING A RED, THE SECOND TIME I WAS ACTUALLY DRIVING THROUGH TRAFFIC AND THE CAR LOST ALL POWER I WITHOUT ANY WARNING. THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED IT TOOK ABOUT A HOUR BEFORE THE CAR WOULD START AGAIN, LUCKILY THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED I WAS ABLE TO START THE CAR WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. I HAVE READ A FEW STORIES AND COMPLAINTS ON CAR GURUS THAT OTHER NISSAN OWNERS ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUES WITH THEIR VEHICLE. I TRULY FEEL UNSAFE IN THIS VEHICLE AND THIS MATTER NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY INJURED. IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME.

THIS IS HAD A GRADUAL ONSET AND IS GRADUALLY WORSENING. NISSAN TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS DEFECT IN 2007-2009 MODELS BUT IN MY CASE NISSAN REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS DEFECT IN MY CAR.

MY TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPLACED AT 112,000MILES IN SEPT 2017. NOW TODAY I FIND OUT THAT I MAY POTENTIALLY HAVE TRANSMISSION ISSUES AGAIN, DATE BEING (3/14/2018). CODES ARE : BCM; TRANSMISSIONS FAULT 4; IPDM E/R FAULT 3. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, I WILL BE TAKING IT INTO FORT WORTH NISSAN ON SATURDAY 3/17/2018 TO DETERMINE IF IT IS FAILING AGAIN, IT BEING ONLY 9,000 MILES LATER.

VEHICLE JUST LOST ALL POWER WHILE DRIVING ON A BUSY HIGHWAY. NO POWER AT ALL, ALMOST TAIL ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE THAT SWIRLED INTO EMERGENCY LANE TO AVOID HITTING ME. UNABLE TO USE HAZARD LIGHTS, AS THERE WAS NO POWER TO THE CAR. LUCKILY I HAD A PORTABLE JUMPER AND HAD TO EXIT MY CAR AND STAND IN FRONT OF VEHICLE WITH HOOD UP, UNABLE TO SEE TRAFFIC COMING AND VERY SCARED OF GETTING HIT BECAUSE I HAD NO HAZARD LIGHTS. VEHICLE FINALLY STARTED AND WOULD BARELY ACCELERATE, I WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT TO WORK. I LIVE OVER AN HOUR FROM WORK AND NOW I'M SCARED TO DRIVE HOME ON THE INTERSTATE. THERE ARE NUMEROUS POSTS ABOUT THIS, I FOUND WHILE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED, SEVERAL OTHERS HAVE BEEN IN NEAR MISS ACCIDENTS DUE TO THE EXACT SAME REASON AND HAVE REPORTED THIS BUT NISSAN IS MAKING NO EFFORT TO FIND AND FIX THE PROBLEM. I COULD HAVE BEEN HURT BADLY HAVING THIS HAPPEN WHERE IT DID AND I AM NOTIFYING WHOEVER IS NECESSARY ABOUT THIS SITUATION, BECAUSE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME WHILE DRIVING MY CAR AND IT'S RELATED TO THIS ISSUE THAT NISSAN IS AWARE OF, MY FAMILY WILL BE SUING ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS I'M SURE. I HAD NO POWER, NO STEERING, NO CONTROL AT ALL

THE WIPER BLADES SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING DURING A HEAVY DOWNPOUR. MY SON WAS DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE AT THE TIME AND ATTEMPTED TO GET OFF ON A SIDE ROAD AS HE HAD VERY LIMITED VISIBILITY WHICH RESULTED IN A HEAD ON COLLISION WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE COMING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION ON THE SIDE ROAD.

I WAS DRIVING MY CAR DOWN THE ROAD HEADING TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT. IT WAS A SUNDAY NIGHT, IT JUST STARTED MISTING RAIN. I DROVE ON MY USUAL CURVY 2 LANE PAVED HIGHWAY AND THEN PROCEED ONTO MY USUAL 4 LANE PAVED HIGHWAY TO MCDONALD'S WHERE I GOT FOOD INSIDE AND THEN UPON LEAVING DECIDED TO GO THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH FOR ANOTHER ITEM. I LEFT AND HEADED APPROXIMATELY 3 MILES BACK ON THE SAME ROAD I TRAVELED TO TOWN ON. AS I WAS ON THE 2 LANE ITHE ALL OF A SUDDEN APPEARED TO BE RAINING HEAVIER AND I COULD TELL BY THE RAIN CROSSING OVER MY HEADLIGHTS. SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN NORMAL CAUGHT MY EYE, IT LOOKED LIKE ORANGE RAIN, I ASSUMED JUST THE APPEARANCE FROM ONE OF THE BULBS. UNSURE THOUGH, I CONTINUED DRIVING BUT SCOOTED TO THE EDGE OF MY SEAT AND SET UP TALL TO GETTA BETTER LOOK, AT THAT TIME I SEEN FLAMES. THE CAR WAS ON FIRE, I COULDN'T PULL OFF SIDE OF ROAD AS IT HAS NO DITCHES JUST RAVINES SO I SLOWED DOWN AND TRIED UNLOCKING MY DOOR TO OPEN IT WOULDN'T AND MY WINDOW WOULDN'T ROLL DOWN, TERRIFIED I PROCEEDED TO CALL 911 AND INFORM THEM MY CAR WAS ON FIRE AND I WAS IN IT DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND WAS HOPING TO GET TO NEXT ROAD I KNEW I COULD PULL OFF. THE ENTIRE TIME NEVER DID ANYTHING WARNING LIGHTS OR GAUGES COME ON NOR DID THE TEMPERATURE RISE. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO EXIST THE CAR FULLY ENGULFED IN FLAMES. THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FIRE DEPARTMENT FINALLY ARRIVED. THEYOU GOT IT PUT OUT BUT IT WAS COMPLETE LOSS. I HAVE NO IDEA AS TO WHY THIS FIRE HAPPENED I TOOK WELL CARE OF MY CAR, MAINTAINING IT REGULARLY AS RECOMMENDED AND ALWAYS CAUTIOUSLY DRIVING IT. I HAVE ANOTHER NISSAN ALTIMA THAT'S STILL RUNNING STRONG WITH 300,000.00 MILES ON IT, SO THIS SHOULD SHOW I CARE FOR MY VEHICLES ABOVE WHAT'S RECOMMENDED.

ON JULY 18, 2016, WHILE PARKED AT WORK ON THE SIDE OF A ROAD, THE RIGHT FRONT PASSENGER WINDOW SHATTERED. THE POLICE DETERMINED IT WAS NOT CAUSED BY ANYTHING HITTING IT. THE WINDOW THAT SHATTERED WAS FACING A YARD, NOT THE STREET, SO NO PROJECTILE OBJECT HIT IT. THE POLICE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE HEAT (IN THE 80'S, BUT IN NY, AND WE HAD IT FOR 18 MONTHS IN NC WHERE IT'S A LOT HOTTER, WITH NO INCIDENT). THEN ON AUGUST 20, 2016 THE CAR WAS PARKED AT A GROCERY STORE PARKING LOT. WHEN MY SON CAME OUT OF THE GROCERY STORE, THERE WAS A 14 INCH CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD THAT WAS NOT THERE WHEN HE WENT INTO THE STORE. NO EVIDENCE OF ANY PROJECTILE HITTING THE GLASS. THE CAR IS 3 YEARS OLD AND 35,000 MILES. TEMP OUTSIDE: 85DEGREES. NO REASON WHY THESE WINDOWS (2 IN 1 MONTH) SHOULD BE SHATTERING SPONTANEOUSLY BY THEMSELVES. NO ROCKS OR OTHER PROJECTILES INVOLVED. BOTH TIMES THE CAR WAS PARKED NEXT TO OTHER CARS, AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO THE OTHER CARS.

GOING UP HILLS WAS THE WORST, CARS WOULD PASS AND OUR VEHICLE WOULD SLOWLY DECLINE IN SPEED. PULLED OVER TO CHECK THE CAR OUT AND AFTER IF COOLED DOWN IT WHEN BACK TO WORKING OKAY BUT AFTER ANOTHER HOUR ON THE ROAD IT DONE THE SAME THING.

PAINT IS COMING OFF THE CAR FROM WHERE THE FACTORY HAS REPAINTED OVER A CLEAR COATED SURFACE. PAINT IS ALSO COMING OUT OF THE JAMS OF THE CAR CAUSING RUST. PARTS ON THE CAR ARE ALSO STARTING TO BREAK DOWN. THE SEATS DO NOT PROPERLY CATCH THE GEAR HOLDING THEM INTO PLACE. TRANSMISSION MAKES A TERRIBLE WINDING NOICE

TODAY WAS THE SECOND TIME I'VE EXPERIENCED THIS DANGEROUS ISSUE WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF LONG. MY CAR BEGAN TO LOSE SPEED AND WOULD NOT ACCELERATE ABOVE 60 MPH. WHILE I HAD THE GAS PEDAL DOWN COMPLETELY ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR, AS THE CAR COULD NOT GAIN SPEED. I COULD HAVE BEEN IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT WITH ALL THE TRAFFIC ON THE FREEWAY, I HAD TO MERGE OVER TO THE FAR RIGHT FOR SAFETY. I DROVE MY CAR IMMEDIATELY AFTER TO NISSAN SO THEY COULD VERIFY THIS ISSUE. THEY FAILED TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY RECOMMENDING I INVEST IN A CVT COOLER, DUE TO NOT BEING COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ANYMORE. A COUPLE MONTHS BACK WHEN THE CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY I TOOK IT TO NISSAN WITH THE SAME ISSUE, AT THAT TIME THEY STATED THEY COULD NOT DETECT AN ISSUE. BUT NOW MY WARRANTY IS UP THEY'RE SUGGESTING WHAT THE CAR NEEDS. I'M VERY UPSET WITH HOW DANGEROUS THIS CAN BE AND HOW CARELESS NISSAN IS. IT'S LIKE THEY ARE JUST WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SERIOUSLY BE HURT IN AN ACCIDENT TO THEN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK THE MORNING OF 6/25 ON THE HIGHWAY. MY SUNROOF WAS OPEN AND MY DRIVER SIDE WINDOW WAS OPEN. I HEARD A LARGE BANG THAT SOUNDED LIKE A GUN SHOT AND TINY PIECES OF SHATTERED GLASS FLEW IN THROUGH MY OPEN SUNROOF. THERE WAS NO OTHER DAMAGE TO MY CAR AND NOTHING THAT HIT MY CAR. MY SUNROOF SPONTANEOUSLY EXPLODED. BECAUSE MY SUNROOF WAS OPEN AT THE TIME THOUSANDS OF PIECES OF GLASS BROKE THROUGHOUT THE ROOF. I AM BRINGING TO NISSAN TOMORROW TO ASSESS DAMAGE TO THE ACTUAL SUNROOF BUT I BELIEVE THIS IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT AND SHOULD BE COVERED BY THE DEALERSHIP.

DRIVING LONG DISTANCES MY CAR OVERHEATS, LOOSES POWER GOING FROM 70 MPH DOWN TO 40 MPH IN HIGH SPEED TRAFFIC. I AM FORCED TO GET OFF THE HIGHWAY AND LET IT RESET ITSELF. IT HAS ALWAYS MADE A WHINING NOISE DURING ACCELERATION, AND THE BRAKES HAVE SQUEAKED FROM DAY ONE. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO NISSAN SEVERAL TIMES AND AM ALWAYS BEEN GIVEN LAME EXCUSES. NOW THAT MY WARRANTY IS UP THEY HAVE A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEMS. NEW TRANSMISSION OR OVERHEAT CONVERTER TO THE TUNE OF $1600. HOW CONVENIENT THEY HAVE A SOLUTION NOT THAT MY CAR IS OUT OF WARRANTY!! THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME OR FIX MY CAR UNLESS I FORK OVER THE MONEY. MY CAR HAS HAD PROBLEMS SINCE I PURCHASED IT AND THERE WAS NEVER ANY RESOLVE. I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AS I DO A LOT OF DRIVING. MY CAR WAS OUT OF WARRANTY 2,000 MILES WHEN THEY MIRACULOUSLY FOUND A CAUSE AND SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM.
