This Problem Across All Years
2007 NISSAN ARMADA. CONSUMER STATES VEHICLE BROKE DOWN DUE TO A FACTORY DEFECT FAULTY FUEL GAUGE *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED EVER SINCE THE VEHICLE BROKE DOWN, IT INTERMITTENTLY EMITS A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF BLACK SMOKE AFTER STARTING IT. WHEN THE CONSUMER RETURNED TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE FOR A THIRD TIME, HE WAS INFORMED THE ENGINE WAS DAMAGED TO LACK OF OIL CHANGES. THE CONSUMER STATED HE HAS PROOF THE OIL WAS CHANGED ON A REGULAR BASIS. ALSO, THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING LIGHT ILLUMINATED, BUT NO LEAKS WERE FOUND AND THE BATTERY HAD TO BE REPLACED. *JB

MY QUESTION IS, HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO TRUST NISSAN WITH THE RECALL SINCE THEY HAVE REPLACED MY GAUGE TWICE ALREADY? LUCKILY THEY ARE FALL WITHIN MY WARRANTY OR ELSE I HAVE TO PAY BIG BUCK FOR REPLACEMENT. I JUST DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISE TO REPLACE THE FUEL GAUGE SENSOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPLACE TWICE.
