I got this vehicle from my parents which they bought brand new . So no other owners . When I got it was acting up and took to repair . They said my radiator was bad and had leaked radiator fluid . They thought could replace radiator and flush the system . I started looking at issues online . I found so many people with the same problems . I also found that Nissan was aware of a faulty crack in radiator. Which is the exact problem I had . I already spent 1000 $ in repairs with radiator and flushing system . I Am now out that money and the transmission has been effected by this issue . Tried everything possible with flushing system . Unfortunately this crack was the problem that has now left me with a perfect car that needs a transmission. So disappointed that Nissan ignores all the issues that unfortunately happened after 100,000 miles . Especially when they claim to know the radiator crack is a faulty part . That crack destroyed a perfect vehicle . Nissan should be accountable of these issues especially when their faulty part not only needed a new radiator but leaked into transmission . I am still sitting with this car . Unsafe to drive and unsafe to sell .

I DRIVE THE CAR AND PARK AND THEN WHEN I GO TO START THE CAR AGAIN IT DOESN'T START SO I HAVE TO CALL A TOW COMPANY TO GET A JUMP TO START THE CAR AND STARTS RIGHT UP. MY 2005 NISSAN PATHFINDER STARTED STALLING WHILE I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. THIS OFTEN HAPPENED ON BUSY STREETS AND IN BUSY INTERSECTIONS. I WOULD HAVE TO PUT THE CAR IN NEUTRAL, TURN THE IGNITION, AND THEN PUT THE CAR BACK IN DRIVE. SOMETIMES I WOULD HAVE TO REPEAT THIS PROCESS SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD CHILD, AND THIS WAS VERY DANGEROUS FOR US. I TOOK THE CAR TO HERITAGE NISSAN FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND WAS CHARGED $115 TO BE TOLD THAT MY ANTIFREEZE HAD MIXED WITH MY TRANSMISSION FLUID CAUSING MY TRANSMISSION TO FAIL. I THEN LEARNED THAT THIS PROBLEM HAPPENED BECAUSE OF A FAULTY RADIATOR USED BY NISSAN IN SEVERAL OF THEIR VEHICLES, ONE BEING MY PATHFINDER. NISSAN HAS REFUSED TO ISSUE A SAFETY RECALL, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A VERY OBVIOUS SAFETY CONCERN AT HAND. HERITAGE NISSAN QUOTED ME A STARTING PRICE OF $5000 FOR THE REPAIRS NEEDED. REPAIRS THAT ARE NEEDED BECAUSE OF THE FAULTY RADIATOR USED BY NISSAN. OF COURSE, MY CAR WAS OUT OF WARRANTY, AND NISSAN IS AWARE THAT THE RADIATOR CAN FAIL OUT OF MILEAGE RANGE OF THEIR WARRANTY. I AM NOW A SINGLE MOM WITHOUT A VEHICLE, PARTLY TO NISSAN'S NEGLIGENCE.

WHILE PULLING ONTO A BUSY HIGHWAY MY TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTIONED AND GEARS WOULDN'T SHIFT PROPERLY. I BARELY AVOIDED AN ACCIDENT. WE CONTACTED OUR LOCAL DEALERSHIP & TRANSMISSION SHOPS TO FIND OUT THAT TONS OF OTHER PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. THE RADIATOR HOSE/CONNECTION GETS LEAK & RADIATOR FLUID IS SENT INTO TRANSMISSION WHICH CORRODED GEARS MAKING THE TRANSMISSION SLIP OR NOT FUNCTION. WE HAVE SPOKEN TO NISSAN USA THEMSELVES AND GOT NO WHERE. I'M DISGUSTEDED THAT THIS IS NOT A RECALL AND PEOPLE AREN'T BEING NOTIFIED OF THIS ISSUE IN 2005-2010 PATHFINDER, FRONTIER, &XTERRA. I HAVE ALSO HAD THE FRONTIER. NEVER ONCE WAS I TOLD THAT AFTER OR BEFORE MY WARRANTY WENT OUT THAT THIS SPECIFIC PART WOULD MALFUNCTION. I'M CONTINUALLY TOLD IT'S MY FAULT FOR NOT GETTING EXTENDED WARRANTY. I DID HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, BUT THE ISSUE AT HAND IS ONE SPECIFIC MALFUNCTIONING PART NOT THE AGE OR WARRANTY OF MY VEHICLE. THIS IS COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE AND THEY SAID "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE." WE ALSO CAN'T BE INCLUDED IN THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BECAUSE WE ARE OUT OF WARRANTY. I REALLY FAIL TO SEE WHY THIS IS NOT A RECALL INSTEAD OF WARRANTY. WE BOUGHT THIS SUV BACK IN 2005 FROM MY LOCAL NISSAN DEALER. THERE HAVE BEEN OTHER ISSUES LIKE A FAULTY PEDAL WHICH BACK ON THAT DATE WHEN IT FAILED, IT ALMOST MADE ME CRASH. THEY DID FIX THAT PROBLEM AT MY EXPENSE SINCE THEY STATED I WAS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. NOW, MY CAR IS 10 YEARS OLD WITH 90K MILES AND THE TRANSMISSION JUST DIED WHILE DRIVING TO MY RELATIVES WEDDING. I DID THE REGULAR TRANS FLUID SERVICE AND A FEW HOURS LATER THE TRANSMISSION FAILED. I TOOK IT BACK TO NISSAN TO GET IT CHECKED. THEY WANT ME TO PAY OVER $5,000.00 FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION. I ASKED THEM WHY THE TRANSMISSION FAILED AT ONLY 90K MILES. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY SPECIFIC EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THIS HAPPENED. THEY ONLY STATED THAT "THIS TYPE OF PATHFINDERS HAVE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS" AND THAT WAS IT. I ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY RECALL REGARDING THIS ISSUE, THE GUY SAID NO. I AM LEFT WITH NO OTHER CHOICE THAN TO PAY THE 5 GRAND TO GET MY CAR FIXED. THEY SHOULD NOT BE SELLING FAULTY CARS TO CONSUMERS!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A NISSAN VEHICLE EVER AGAIN!

WENT TO CHECK TRANSMISSION FLUID AND FOUND THAT THE DIPSTICK IS LOCKED INTO PLACE. DID SOME QUICK RESEARCH TO FIND OUT HOW TO CHECK FLUID LEVEL AND THEN FOUND OUT ABOUT ISSUE WITH NISSAN PATHFINDERS RADIATORS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH LEAKING COOLANT INTO THE TRANSMISSION COOLING SYSTEM. CHECKED RADIATOR AND FOUND FROTHING FOAM ON THE INSIDE OF THE PRESSURE CAP INDICATING THAT THE RADIATOR HAD FAILED. CONTACTED DEALERSHIP AND ASKED THEM WHY THE SECTION OF THE INSPECTION FOR THE COOLING SYSTEM AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM WERE CHECKED AS "OK". DID NOT RECEIVE AN ANSWER. ALSO, WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED BY NISSAN ABOUT THE ISSUE WITH RADIATOR IN OUR NISSAN. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY PARKED SINCE THE DEALERSHIP SAID IT WOULD COST UP TO $3000 DOLLARS IN REPAIRS UNDER THE AGREEMENT REACHED. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS WAS NOT A RECALL. THIS SITUATION COULD OF CAUSED A CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF THE TRANSMISSION AT SPEED WHILE DRIVING OR CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF THE ENGINE BECAUSE OF LACK OF COOLING CAUSING THE ENGINE TO SEIZE UP AT SPEED WHILE DRIVING.

I RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM AND REALIZED WHAT HAPPENED TO SO MANY PEOPLE HAS HAPPENED TO ME. NISSAN WANTS ME TO TAKE THE CAR TO THEIR DEALERSHIP AND PAY $125.00 FOR AN ESTIMATE. I EXPLAINED AAMCO DID THE ESTIMATE FOR FREE BUT NISSAN DOESN'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THAT. NOW THE CAR IS SITTING IN MY GARAGE SINCE JULY. $3500.00 FOR REPAIRS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE AT THIS TIME. NISSAN NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR. BUT I DID RECEIVE MY MAIL WHEN THEY KNEW I WAS DUE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. MY CAR IS A 2005 AND I HAVE 100,055 MILES. PAYMENTS WERE MADE ON TIME ALWAYS FOR THIS CAR AND I PAID IT IN OFF IN FULL IN 2010. THE LEAST NISSAN CAN DO IS TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM.

I WAS TOLD IN ABOUT A MONTH THE TRANSMISSION WOULD CAUSE PROBLEM. I WAS ALSO TOLD THEIR WAS A RECALL WHICH I HAD PASSED THE MILEAGE POINT. I WAS GIVEN THE NUMBER TO CONTACT CORPORATE WHICH I DID. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE. NOW MY TRUCK IS DEALER KEPT. THEY SAW WERE I WAS AT THE DEALER UP NORTH AND DID A FULL DIAGNOSTIC AND NUMEROUS REPAIRS ON 03/3/14, 3/4/14, 3/10/14, 4/22/14 & 5/5/14. I RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM CORPORATE WITHIN TWO DAY INFORMING ME THAT THEIR WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. I DID NOT DRIVE THE TRUCK FROM THAT DAY. I DECIDED TO TAKE IT FOR A SECOND OPINION SO ON 03/10/15 ON MY WAY TO A SERVICE STATION MY TRUCK STARTED TO OVER HEAT ON THE HIGHWAY AND SMOKING. I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THE MECHANIC AND THAT IS WERE THE TRUCK IS TO THIS DAY. IF NISSAN KNEW OF THIS PROBLEM WHY DID THEY NOT NOTIFY CONSUMERS SO THAT WE COULD HAVE A MECHANIC DO A BYPASS BEFORE THIS OCCUR. WAS EXITING A SIDE STREET ONTO A HIGH TRAFFIC ROAD TURNING LEFT, CROSSING ONCOMING TRAFFIC. VEHICLE LURCHED FORWARD THEN LOST ALL FORWARD ACCELERATION. LEAVING ME IN ONCOMING TRAFFIC LANE. A SEPARATE VEHICLE NEARLY IMPACTED THE FRONT DRIVER DOOR OF MY VEHICLE, SLIDING TO A STOP. UPON VEHICLE INSPECTION AT THE LOCAL DEALER, IT WAS DETERMINED THE RADIATOR THAT HOUSES A TRANSMISSION COOLER FAILED AND MIXED ANTI-FREEZE IN WITH THE TRANSMISSION, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO DEGRADE QUICKLY, CAUSING A SPURT OF VEHICLE ACCELERATION DUE TO A LARGE TRANSMISSION SLIP. THIS COULD HAVE CAUSE A VERY SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH HAD THE OTHER VEHICLE MADE CONTACT WITH MY VEHICLE. *TR

NOTICED MY TRUCK HESITATING AT ABOUT 40MPH TOOK IN TO HAVE CHECKED AND WAS TOLD THE TRANSMISSION AND RADIATOR WERE BOTH FAILING DUE TO A BROKEN LINE BETWEEN THE TWO WHICH CAUSED THE FLUIDS FROM THE TWO PARTS TO MIX AND CAUSE THE FAILURE. THEN THE GOOD NEWS HAHA THE COST WOULD BE $6,000.00. I THEN CAME TO READ THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR MANY AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL BY THE NISSAN CORP.

I HAVE A 2005 NISSAN PATHFINDER AND MY TRANSMISSION OIL LEAKED INTO MY RADIATOR CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO TOTALLY REPLACE MY RADIATOR AND I HAD TO HAVE MY TRANSMISSION FLUSHED BUT IT STILL DAMAGED MY TRANSMISSION. THIS WAS A MANUFACTURE ERROR BUT NISSAN REFUSED TO PAY BECAUSE IT HAD OVER 80,000 MILES. I HAVE THREE NISSAN IN OUR FAMILY BUT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER. MY FAMILY AND I WERE DRIVING BACK FROM A SMALL TRIP WHILE ON OUR WAY HOME OUR TRUCK STARTING SHAKING WHEN IT REACHED SPEEDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH IT DID THIS ABOUT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ON OUR WAY HOME. WE PULLED OVER TO CHECK BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND ANYTHING, WE WERE NERVOUS BECAUSE WE HAD NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR TRUCK. ONCE WE HAD MADE IT INTO TO TOWN WE WERE AT A STOP SIGN AS MY HUSBAND ACCELERATED TO CROSS THE INTERSECTION THE TRUCK HESITATED TO SPEED UP. IT APPEARED TO BE THAT THE TRUCK WAS STUCK ON 1 TO 2ND GEAR. LUCKILY IT WAS LATE IN THE EVENING AND THERE WAS NO ONCOMING TRAFFIC WHEN WE CROSSED THE INTERCEPTION, IF NOT I HATE TO THINK WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED. IT FELT LIKE THE TRUCK WAS GOING TO DIE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION. NEXT DAY WE TOOK THE TRUCK IN TO OUR MECHANIC. HE INFORMED US THAT THERE WAS WATER/COOLANT FROM THE RADIATOR THAT LEAKED INTO THE TRANSMISSION, HE ADVICE US TO TAKE IT IN TO OUR LOCAL NISSAN DEALER SHOP. WE HAD TO PAY NISSAN $96 FOR THEM TO PERFORM A DIAGNOSTIC TEST BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT OUR MECHANICS RESULTS. ONCE THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST WAS PERFORMED IT CONFIRMED WHAT OUT MECHANIC HAD INFORMED US. WE SUBMITTED A CLAIM TO NISSAN OF AMERICA, AND SADLY THEY DENIED OUR CLAIM. THEIR REASON BEHIND THE DENIAL WAS BECAUSE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THE RADIATOR COVERED UP TO 80K MILES OUR TRUCK WAS OVER ABOUT 35K MILES. WE ARE STUCK WITH A BILL OF OVER 6K TO HAVE THE TRUCK FIXED, IT REQUIRES A NEW TRANSMISSION, RADIATOR, TRANNY COOLER LINE FLUSH AND COOLANT FLUSH. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH NISSAN FOR OVER 11/2 WEEK WITH NO RESULTS OTHER THAN NISSAN REFUSES TO FIX OUR TRUCK BECAUSE WE HAVE SURPASS THE 80K MILES. WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A 6 YEAR OLD TRUCK TO HAVE SUCH SERIOUSE PROBLEMS WITH TRANSMISSION DUE TO A FALTY RADIATOR WHICH NISSAN WAS WELL AWARE.

I RECEIVED, IN THE MAIL, A WARRANTY NOTIFICATION FROM NISSAN NORTH AMERICA HEADQUARTERS, CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, FRANKLIN, TN. BASICALLY, IT READS: NISSAN HAS EXTENDED YOUR VEHICLE'S NEW VEHICLE LIMITED WARRANTY AS IT APPLIES TO THE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY TO 96 MONTHS/80,000 MILES (WHICHEVER COMES FIRST)...NISSAN NORTH AMERICA WBI/10-029. WHEN MY HUSBAND, SCOTT, CONTACTED OUR LOCAL NISSAN DEALERSHIPS SERVICE DEPARTMENT, HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE COMPONENT WOULD HAVE TO FAIL BEFORE THEY COULD DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. ACCORDING TO OTHER NHTSA COMPLAINTS FROM NISSAN PATHFINDER OWNERS WHO HAVE HAD THE COMPONENT FAIL, IT SOMETIMES CAUSES TRANSMISSION FAILURE AND LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL (LACK OF ENGINE POWER THROUGHPUT TO PROVIDE MOBILITY). IF THE COMPONENT WERE TO FAIL IT SEEMS THAT IT WOULD CREATE A SAFETY ISSUE UNDER SOME CONDITIONS (ON HIGHWAYS WHERE IT IS NOT CONVENIENT TO PULL OVER). SOME PATHFINDER OWNERS HAVE CLAIMED THAT IT CAN COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION, AND THAT NISSAN SOMETIMES DOES NOT COVER REPAIRS BEYOND THE RADIATOR, DESPITE THAT PROBLEM CAN LEAK COOLANT INTO THE TRANSMISSION, SOMETIMES CAUSING SERIOUS DAMAGE TO, OR FAILURE OF THE TRANSMISSION. NISSAN SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND OFFER OWNERS OF POSSIBLY EFFECTED VEHICLES A FREE TEST TO DETERMINE IF THEIR VEHICLE DOES, INDEED HAVE A DEFECTIVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY. IF A TEST IS NOT AVAILABLE, THEN THE RADIATOR ASSEMBLIES ON THESE VEHICLES SHOULD BE REPAIRED OF REPLACES AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT THEY WILL NOT FAIL UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS AND MILEAGE. FURTHERMORE, IF A RADIATOR ASSEMBLER WERE TO CAUSE A TRANSMISSION TO NEED REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, NISSAN SHOULD COVER ASSOCIATED TRANSMISSION CORRECTION COSTS. BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM, WE (MY HUSBAND AND I) NO LONGER DRIVER OUR PATHFINDER ON LONG TRIPS, AND HAVE LOST FAITH IN OUR VEHICLE AND NISSAN.

I OWN A 2005 NISSAN PATHFINDER AND HAVE BEEN DOING ALL THE REQUIRED MAINTENANCE ON IT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. IT IS A VERY WELL MAINTAINED SUV AND HAD ONLY 49,997 MILES ON IT. I GOT A SAFETY RECALL NOTICE ON IT FOR THE ECM RELAY ISSUED AND TOOK IT TO THE DEALER. I WAS ALSO EXPERIENCING SOME WHINING NOISES. THE SERVICE DEALER ADVISOR AT THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THAT MY TIMING CHAINS HAD A PROBLEM AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE SAID THIS WAS A SERIOUS ISSUE AND COULD LEAD TO ENGINE DAMAGE AND IS A POTENTIAL ROAD HAZARD. HE ALSO SAID IT NEEDED TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY, AS THIS WAS A KNOWN PROBLEM, THAT HAD BEEN EXPERIENCED BY A NUMBER OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THAT NISSAN MOTOR CO. HAD ISSUED A SERVICE BULLETIN NTB09-128 REGARDING THIS PROBLEM. I AM REALLY SURPRISED THAT NISSAN DID NOT THINK IT WAS NECESSARY TO COMMUNICATE THIS PIECE OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO ALL ITS CUSTOMERS. MY SON WHO IS 21 YEARS OLD DRIVES THIS SUV ON SKI TRIPS AND I AM REALLY ALARMED THAT THIS DEFECT WHICH WAS KNOWN TO NISSAN COULD HAVE LEAD TO SOME SERIOUS ROAD HAZARDS. NISSAN HAS ACTED IN A VERY CALLOUS MANNER BECAUSE THEY DID NOT INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH A SERIOUS ISSUE WHICH CAN LEAD TO ROAD HAZARDS. THEY DID NOT ISSUE A SAFETY RECALL TO FIX THE ISSUE. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY INVESTIGATE THIS ISSUE AND ENSURE THAT NISSAN COMMUNICATES THIS SERIOUS FLAW TO ALL OWNERS OF 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDERS AND ANY OTHER MODEL WHICH HAS THE SAME ISSUE. THE TRANSMISSION IN THE 2005 NISSAN PATHFINDER SLIPS AND JERKS WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THE SLIPPAGE CAN CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO RAPIDLY DECELERATE IN TRAFFIC INCREASING THE LIKELIHOOD OF AN ACCIDENT. THE RAPID JERKING OF THE VEHICLE CAN CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO LOOSE CONTROL ON ITS OWN OR FRIGHTEN OR DISORIENT THE DRIVER CAUSING THE DRIVER TO LOOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE.

2005 NISSAN PATHFINDER. ENGINE CUTS OFF WITHOUT WARNING WHILE DRIVING. HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN TRAFFIC, ONE TIME AT A BUSY INTERSECTION. VEHICLE STARTS ABOUT 20 MINUTES LATER. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER WHO ADVISED THAT IT'S 'MOST LIKELY' IPDM FAILURE BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE AS IT DOESN'T THROW A CODE. DEALER KEPT CAR 5 DAYS AND "TRIED" TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE TO POSITIVELY DIAGNOSE, BUT WAS UNABLE TO. THE DAY AFTER PICKING IT UP FROM THE DEALER THE ENGINE QUIT AGAIN IN TRAFFIC. NOW WE ARE TOLD THAT OUR WARRANTY COMPANY WILL ONLY COVER IF THEY CAN POSITIVELY DIAGNOSE. MY TODDLER WAS IN THE CAR THE FIRST TIME THIS OCCURRED AND OUR CAR DIED IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INTERSECTION BETWEEN 2 6-LANE ROADS. COULDN'T REMOVE THE VEHICLE FOR 30 MINUTES. JUST WAITING FOR IT TO HAPPEN WHILE MERGING ON THE INTERSTATE DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. HOPEFULLY THERE ARE NO INJURIES OR FATALITIES AS A RESULT OF THIS FAILURE. *TR

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE TERRIBLE SQUEALING/SCREECHING/CHIRPING NOISES EVIDENTLY COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD OF MY BRAND NEW 2005 NISSAN PATHFINDER. THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN REPORTED AND SUPPOSEDLY BEEN "FIXED" BY SCHAIERS NISSAN OF LONG BEACH WHO SAID IT WAS THE "BELTS" THAT NEEDED REPLACING, HOWEVER, NOT LONG AFTER THAT, THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. WE HAVE TAKEN THE SUV THREE TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, THEY HAVE KEPT IT TWICE OVERNIGHT ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. FED UP, WE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO TRADE THE SUV IN FOR ANOTHER PATHFINDER IN THE HOPES OF NOT HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE ANY LONGER. THE DEALER WAS NON-COMPLIANT AND HAD NOTHING COMPARABLE OR EVEN WORTHWHILE TO OFFER. WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO SETTLE WITH DRIVING A NEW VEHICLE THAT SOUNDS LIKE ITS AN OLD VEHICLE WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OR PROPER COMPENSATION FOR OUR TROUBLES? IT IS NO ISSUE OF OURS THAT THE SUV IS MAKING SUCH HORRIBLE NOISES ON ITS OWN. NISSAN IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, SO WHY DON'T THEY FIX IT??!!*JB
