CAR HAS BEEN BOUGHT IN 2010, IT HAD ALL THE TIME SUSPENSION PROBLEMS, NOW APPEARED A/C COOLING SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. DOES IT HAVE ANY WARRANTY FOR IT? VEHICLE HAS ABOUT 115,000 MILES. *TR

NISSAN QUEST 2006 SL 40,000 MILES MY SHIFT LEVER STUCK IN PARK EVEN THOUGH I AM PRESSING THE BRAKES AND THEY TOLD ME AT THE DEALER TO USE A SCREWDRIVER TO OVERRIDE THE SHIFT WHICH I THINK IS A HAZARD OR TO REPLACE THE TOTAL SHIFT. BUT I TOLD THEM ITS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT AND THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THAT THEY HAVE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS MY 2ND CAR WITH NISSAN I USE TO HAVE THE 1999 QUEST. BUT I WILL NEVER BUY NISSAN CARS ANY MORE. *KB

DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH THROUGH AN INTERSECTION, THE ENGINE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING, AND WOULD NOT RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHO DETERMINED THE CYLINDER HEAD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. AFTER THE REPLACEMENT, UPON ATTEMPTING TO START THE ENGINE, IT WOULD NOT START. THE CONTACT CHARGED THE BATTERY, AND DROVE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHO DETERMINED THERE WAS A LOOSE BATTERY CABLE. AFTERWARDS, THERE WAS A RUBBING NOISE COMING FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE FOLLOWED BY AN ELECTRICAL ODOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO AWAIT FURTHER INSPECTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALERTED. THE SECOND TIME THE INCIDENT HAPPENED, THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD A BAG HAD ATTACHED ITSELF TO THE MOTOR, BUT OFFERED NO REASON AS TO WHY THE VEHICLE WAS SHUTTING OFF.
