The sunroom leaks in all 2016 rogue models and Nissan refuses to help out the customers who are affected by this. I’ve done my research and I’m not the only person who has had problems when trying to deal with Nissan directly
From what it sounds like, it’s the transmission, it goes on limp mode, now it doesn’t want to move anymore, the gears move out of place. All the mechanics I have been to have been telling me 6k to place it and charge me 200 out of pocket just to tell me that with a computer to find the codes. My car hasn’t moved in 2 months
A component in my Transmission failed. I hooked it up to a code reader and it is saying its a solenoid. My car did not experience any warning signs or trouble. It just out if no where decided it wont go into reverse and move and it wont move in drive either. It did this and then after the engine made a noise the check engine light turned on. It is now at a repair shop being looked at. Again this happened out of the blue with no warning signs. I also have only had the car for one year.
I own a 2016 Nissan Rouge and the AC/ Heat climate control part #275004BB0C has gone out and I have attempted to get it fixed and replaced twice. Climates are too cold or too hot to not have access to working AC/Heat in North Carolina. I have gone all winter with no heat and it has been frustrating to keep warm while operating my vehicle. I have gotten 2 different mechanics to look at the car and I have even gone as far as to change the Thermostate and check all fluids in the engine. Nothing has changed. I believe it is an electrical issue due to the the AC/ Heat climate control part #275004BB0C replaced and having the 2nd part work for only a week to fail again.
- My AC/ Heat Control Unit failed and isn't able to send the signal to turn on heat and is now stuck on cool air. The part # is 2750044BB0C-A. It is in a 2016 Nissan Rouge and has lost connection. - It is a safety concern due to that I am unable to keep warm in harsh cold weather as well as I am unable to unfreeze my windshield so I can proceed with safe driving visibility. The only air blowing is cold air which doesn't mix with cold winter weather. - It has been inspected by a mechanic and he has said that it is an electrical problem because it isn't sending the correct signal to the rest of the AC/Heat unit to perform correctly. -When it was still working it kept going in and out with cold and hot air. Then it finally just stopped working. There was no sound or bangs to indicate it was finally broken. I just knew when I put the setting to heat it was not giving me hot air it was coming out as cool or really cold air.
- The AC & Heater Assembly - Nissan (27210-4BU0A) on my 2016 Nissan Rouge went out and I believe it was the Intake Case Bracket (27751-4BU1A). It isn't helping the cold air and hot air to come in when I turn the dial in my car. - It is a safety due to harsh weather in the winter. It has gotten down to 20 degrees and I have had no heat in my car. - Yes, I took it to the Leith Nissan dealership to get a diagnostic and they told me the whole system needs to be replaced. - No, It has not been inspected by any of those. - The first time I noticed the problem was around January 1st. My heat was going in and out and then all around it started blowing cold air even on the warmest settings. It has been 3 weeks now of harsh and cold weather with no heat to keep me warm when driving to my job or anywhere.
I was driving down the road and suddenly my back right passenger window imploded, it sounded like a gunshot going off it was so loud and sudden. There had been no previous damage to the window and I was on a completely paved road with no construction or other vehicles near for anything to have hit the window. The glass went inside all over my back seat and even into the trunk area, if my children had been in the backseat they could have been seriously injured and I could have swerved due to being startled but luckily I was able to safely pull over. I took it to the Nissan dealership to see if they could inspect it to see if it was a defect or fault of the vehicle and they told me there was nothing they could do that I would just need to file a claim with my insurance.
My car stopped working at the middle of the freeway, luckily I was going downhill. Just like everyone else it may be a transmission issue, as I pressed the gas the far would not moved. I kept shifting gear and it feels like it’s stuck, I can reverse but only for a little bit but once I press the gas it doesn’t go anywhere.
I recently was notified that my vehicle has a factory recall for the jackknife key. So I brought it to my local Nissan dealership and they said they would fix the recall. After checking out my key and car the dealership said I would have to buy a brand new key which was around $300 dollars. The key is only 3 months old because I changed out the old key because the recall caused the old key to malfunction and not start up the car. They're solution was to put a spacer in the key to fix the recall but then said my car wouldn't turn on if they put in spacer to fix recall. My problem is why would i have to purchase something that is being recalled, also if it's a factory recall that would mean it has to be fixed as part of a federal law. Also, the reason for both keys malfunctioning is because of the recall in the first place. It seems the dealership is trying to get out of fixing this problem and they just want me to buy a new key to fix the issue instead of taking care of it, when it was the manufacturer's fault in the first place. The Nissan dealership is Destination Nissan located at 770 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206, is there anything that can be done so they fix this issue? I also reached out to Nissan national help line, but they couldn't do anything but reach out to the dealership and ask what happened with no solution. They ended up not fixing the recall or anything on my vehicle and I currently have both keys that are malfunctioning because of Manufacturer Recall Number: R22C9 and NHTSA Recall Number 23V-093. But now I am at risk of key malfunctioning while driving and turning the car off and could cause possible crash, injury or worse. I don't understand how they can do this because under federal law they would need to fix any problems caused by this recall. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Rear hatchback power strut/ shocks. Hatch will go up entire way but comes back down automatically, hitting my head , therefore I do not use hatch compartment because of safety issues. Nissan dealer states needs new struts and to check to see if recalled due to fact should have lasted life of vehicle
Follow up from Nissan district regional manager was the same as the Nissan dealership. They refuse to help and have zero issues sending people off onto the road with an unsafe vehicle that can stall or stop at any time. There needs to be another class action lawsuit opened for all of the people who are still experiencing these problems because there are a ton of Nissan Rogue owners who have transmission issues that the dealership refuses to acknowledge and fix.
I am back at the Nissan dealer to fix a recall but also to express my continued concerns regarding the clunking noise that I keep hearing when I accelerate. A year ago I was told by this same Nissan dealer that it was part of the transmission and there was nothing that they could do for me. Today I requested for it to be looked into again and the report back is they test drove it and hear no noise which is a LIE. I hear it every single time I drive my car and now u am being sent back on the road to drive a car I feel unsafe in. Nissan intentionally ignores you simply because there is no check engine light on despite there being a problem driving the car. They are forcing time to pass on so that the warranty and mileage is past the point of them being accountable to fix the issue. I don’t recommend anyone buying a Nissan rogue because they don’t care whether or not you feel safe.
A transmission issue with my vehicle first occurred on the highway. I purchased the vehicle in 2021 from Carvana who stated all open recalls had been taken care of. When I took the car into the dealership for the transmission issue, Nissan said the recall expired a couple months ago and would not honor the expired class action lawsuit. I'm trying to see what my options are for getting this repair done.
My car key fob is in perfect working conditions with no defect. I was told by a person my key fob, would ve deactivated if it wasn't repaired. My fob work just fine, and my bigger concern is that my alarm with locking my car is associated with my fob. My safety of car jacking and theft is larger if my fob is deactivated. I dont have a broken fob. So if my car can't lock and it gets stolen, I will sue Nissan, and and will go after those who can't just change or replace the gobs with some thing updated.

Driving on Highway 65-68 MPH, RPMs rose drastically (4-5 RPMS) and gas pedal did not operate. Slowed to side of road, shut car off. Waited on side of road approximately 3-4 minutes restarted car and drove to home. Immediately made appointment at Bradenton Nissan on February 11, 2022 stating to the Service Dept. what had happened. They claimed "Transmission did not duplicate problem no problem=no found; no code related to CVT". On August 1, 2023 same thing happened on highway travelling approx. 67 MPH, went to change lanes and car would not operate; RPMs flew to 5-6. Pulled to traffic light stopped engine and started again; drove home. August 2, 2023 took to Bradenton Nissan where they stated it was a transmission problem. Why was this not fixed in February of 2022? It was a major safety issue at that time.
On July 14th of this year, I was driving my vehicle on the highway when it abruptly accelerated without me changing my pressure on the gas pedal. The check engine light then turned on, which prompted me to have my car inspected as soon as I could. I did not have an appointment until July 20th and was unable to use my vehicle until then. On inspection, I was informed it was due to an issue with the transmission, but was also told this was a known issue with the 2016 Nissan Rogues. There was a class action lawsuit filed with these vehicles regarding their transmission as they exhibit a delay that’s typically accompanied by the engine revving while the driver depresses the gas pedal with “little to no increase in speed". According to the suit, other Nissan Rogue drivers have also experienced and reported stalling, jerking, lurching, juddering, hesitation and/or shaking while driving their vehicles, as well as premature transmission failure. The apparent CVT defect has been documented to occur without warning while a vehicle is being operated normally. This puts other drivers, as well as myself, in danger as this becomes an unreasonable safety hazard. I am aware that Nissan had accepted responsibility to repair these vehicles for this problem because of the inherent problems and widespread failure. It is also my understanding that the window to get these repairs ended on December 9th, 2022, and I purchased the vehicle 1 week later, unknowing and unwitting of these issues. I feel that Nissan is still responsible to fix their defective vehicle and I am asking that this repair be completed under the same terms as what was offered during their repair campaign. They are still responsible to make this right for the safety of the users of their product, as well as other drivers around them.
The driver door lock actuator locked into place and results in not letting the door close properly. According to research this is a known issue for several nissan models. There are no warning signs. Confirmed with dealership.
My door act is shaking under the hood of my truck it’s vibrating really bad when I turn on my AC it’s really loud vibrate really really bad it might be the climate controll it’s really bad o jus bought this truck a few month months ago and it really vibrate and shake very bad
I bought the car from my mom, at 30k miles they had to have a new transmission, on my way home to Wisconsin right in the middle of the interstate the transmission went out again thank god I'm alive, this is less than 20k miles after the dealership put the new one in, now it needs another transmission. I'm scared for my life to drive it again, please do something so no one gets hurt or killed
Car has a hard time starting mutiple times. Battery is fine and starter is fine.
The housing for the key fob does not lock in position causing the key to lose "connectivity" while driving.
Last week - while I was driving the power steering went midway - I had to swerve from an on coming car and it took both me and my step father to gain control . I took it to a mechanic and He noted it was the power steering motor was defective and needed to be replaced . I bought this car on or about 2019 or 2020 and it only has 34, 000 miles - should be noted after a heavey 3 day rain this problem occured . I called Nissan and because of the recall they told us to drive it to Nissan which is a distance away - only to address the recall. I noted to them that the car was in a state "Not safe to drive " - I got an email from them proof of ownership - and they wanted us to pay for tow for diagnosis ? The motor obviously is effected from this recall - or it should be listed. I made several phone calls to Nissan USA - and emails . I am experiencing the same issues stated in the recent recall. My battery is draining fast, there is corrosive liquid on the left front side of my recently purchased vehicle and there is a white residue on the front outer part of the car. There is also corrosive material on the front brake and on the metal parts of the connection to the front left tire.
The transmission in my 2016 Nissan rogue with only 78,500 miles on it has gone out and will have to be replaced

I am writing because I received a letter stating that this would be resolve and new parts would be available by Spring or June 2022. This has not happened yet, and it is August 2022. I would like to know when new parts are going to be available for repair. I am afraid to drive my vehicle because of what might happen. My Toyota Rogue did the same thing and caught on fire. I was forced to buy another vehicle.
While driving on freeway with speed of 60-65 the hood starts like bouncing up and down. I have a fear of it breaking loose from the latch and flying up toward the front windshield and blocking the drivers view to drive. I have not took it into a manufacturer due to time so I just decided to see on the app if there was a recall on this or if anyone else has the same experience
I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue and my steering wheel was making a squeaking noise when turning… then was told it was the backing plate… then the tailgate door button doesn’t work. My navigation touchscreen doesn’t work. I get a burning wire smell in the car and my leg area gets really hot, as if I have the heater on. When I go over 45 the car shakes more like vibrating feeling when I press the brakes.. when someone get in or out my key alarm goes off saying no key in car.. please help I just got this car in December
Vehicle has recall since January 2022 and this issue has still not been remedied by manufacturer 7 months later.
The cargo/ hatch lift no longer opens/lifts the hatch to make the cargo space available for use. I didn't notice any warnings or flashing lights to let me know it was failing. One day while putting groceries in the cargo space, the hatch came down across my back pining me between the hatch door and the rear vehicle frame while I was. reaching the groceries inside the cargo area. A man who was passing by helped me get free. After that the life no longer went up automatically at the push of a button. At first it made a whinning noise and unlocked but would not go up. Then it made no noise at all and has not worked since. It has not been inspected by the dealer. I am checking for recalls to see if this is a problem others are having. My vehicle is a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL It has been approximatly 3 months. I have been accessing the cargo space through the rear driver side door.
We have a Recall on our vehicle since January and we are needing this to be resolved asap. On your website it says remedy unknown and we would like to know when it will be fixed. Thank you.
The suv jerks, loses power and the brake pedal squeaks, sometimes it smells of burning.
The passenger head light went out so I had it replaced and it keeps going out and also the interior lights on the gear shift doesn't come on and the charger port is not charging my phone in either of the charging ports.
I have been notified of an open recall on my vehicle, I took it to the dealership to be repaired. But there are no repairs available for this recall at this time.
the back gate doesn't stay up. It doesn't always want to open either. I push the button and nothing happens or I push the button and it opens but then the gate slowly lowers back down without being touched. And after it is up the button to close it wont respond so it has to be closed manually which is difficult due to the hydraulics. There is a recall for this issue but it doesn't include my VIN #. I think it may be affecting more than the vehicles already recalled.
I purchased my used car 2016 Nissan Rogue from STG AUTO DEALER address 10325 Central Ave Montclair Ca 91763. phone 855-637-1975. engine shakes when Ac is on. The vibration is significant when idling in gear (for example, when stopped at a traffic intersection). The problem increases when AC and Fan is turned on. appointment was scheduled STG SERVICE DEPT. but when i pick up my car from repair. i told them its still shakes. they told me they already change it and its just the way it is and nothing they can do about it. and now a RECALL for 2016 Nisan rouge in my vin number [XXX]. As reported now for 3 years that my heat does not work. It’s unsafe and I can not have my children in these cold conditions. I love my rouge but the lack of help repairing this heat issue is ridiculous. I am not paying now $1500+ when I reported this under warranty.
Unlike other car this car don’t warn for seat belts. Blind spot lights frequently appers for the vehicle even though the vehicle is opposite direction divided highway .while driving the tires makes unpleasant sound like its not aligned properly .
Both Headlights on low beam do not light up road infront of you although they used to no problem, the regular headlights are so dim it is almost impossible to see without having high beams on. However driving with high beams puts headlights directly in the eyes of oncoming traffic.. improper lighting is dangerous! When driving at night, I must use highbeams or you can not see far enough ahead to confirm nobody walking on side of road and road ahead is clear. This started occurring at approx.. 40,000 miles, my last rogue never had this issue. I have not taken to dealership yet but need to now that I see some of the complaints and our issue is not a bulb.there has been no warnings or messages for this issue to repair ourselves we are unable to do so because it's not a blub it's the direction of the low beam lights have changed we do not know what has caused this we just started noticing we were unable to drive at night securely and did not have $ to take to dealership. Yes my car can be inspected if you are able to do so. I will be taking to mechanic asap I will upload report. This is an ongoing safety issue

My 2016 Nissan Rogue began jerking on our way home from vacation. It was shaking and and jerking we got so scared it kept bumping us and jerking us we actually had to pull over off the freeway luckily we were near an O' reily's they told us it was the cvt transmission we ended up calling a tow truck to get us as we were soo scared to keep driving.
In April 2021 I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue. A few times I noticed that I did not have my seatbelt on while driving which for me, is highly unusual because it is the first thing I do once I start my engine. It is the AUDIBLE chime that alerts me. I then specifically started my engine and realized that the car DID NOT have a safety belt CHIME. ( FMVSS 208 S7.3 ) I took it to a Nissan dealer. The technician told me that Nissan DID NOT put a safety belt audible chime in ANY of their vehicles before 2020. I could not believe what I was hearing. Not only is this feature federal law but, it is also in the Nissan owners manual. It is not a feature that can be turned on or off. It is a federal requirement. Nissan is violating federal law and has been doing so for years at the expense of the American people. I am worried for my safety and the safety of others since it is difficult to DISCOVER that there is no audible seat belt safety chime and that it is a safety issue that might prevent one from putting on their seatbelt so that they don’t go flying through the front windshield. Federal law states: “manufacturers have an OPTION. They can EITHER use a seatbelt symbol AND an audible chime OR The words “ Seat Belt” AND An audible chime”. The audible chime is not an OPTION it is a requirement. The chime is NOT a feature that can be turned on or off in any Nissan vehicle including my 2016 Nissan Rogue. The consumer needs to know about this missing safety feature as per Federal law. I wonder how many lives have been lost because Someone just like me, needed that audible safety belt chime to remind them that their seat belt was not buckled and it cost them their lives. There is a reason that the safety belt safety law has two components. A VISUAL and an AUDIBLE safety belt feature. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards exist for the safety of the American people. With Nissan, this does not seem to matter.
A/C DOES NOT WORK. THERE IS A ROARING SOUND WHEN THE FAN IS ON "HIGH" BUT LITTLE TO NO AIR IS BLOWING. WHAT LITTLE AIR COMES OUT IS HOT. THE TEMPERATURE IS SET TO 60 DEGREES AND STILL HOT AIR BLOWS. THIS IS MY SECOND SUMMER TO BE WITHOUT ANY AIR CONDITIONER. YOU MAY ACCIDENTALLY GET A FEW MINTUES OF COLD AIR FIRST THING IN THE MORNING BEFORE THE ENGINE GETS HOT AND THEN IT'S GONE. IN THE AFTERNOON YOU DO NOT GET ANY COLD AIR. I SEE MULTIPLE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ON MANY WEBSITES. WHEN IS THE NHTSA GOING TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST NISSAN?

THE SAY THEY CHECK OUT AND NOTHING WAS WRONG. ONE DAY I WAS DRIVING DOWN AND HAD TO PUSH PETAL ALL WAY DOWN AND THE CAR WAS STILL ONLY GOING ABOUT 20 MPH BUT THE RPM WAS AT LIKE 5. WAS SACRED FEELING TOOK CAR BACK TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAY NOTHING WAS WRONG. THEN ON JAN 1,2020 COMING DOWN 95 SOUTHBOUND AND MY WHOLE DASH BORED LIGHTS CAME ON . I BELIEVE IT WAS EVERY SINGLE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. WAS TOLD THAT MY ABS WAS BAD AND IT WAS GOING COST AROUND 3800 TO BE REPLACED. MY CAR STAYED AT NISSAN DEALERSHIP FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. ONCE I RECEIVE MY CAR BACK STILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THE VIBRATION AND HOOD. AGAIN WAS TOLD SINCE IT'S NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THERE'S NO PROBLEM. ON JULY 17 MY CHECK ENGINE CAME ON AND MY RPM WAS GOING UP TO LIKE 5. DROP MY CAR TO NISSAN TO HAVE LIGHT CHECK OUT WAS TOLD THAT THERE'S WASN'T A LIGHT ON ONCE THEY PULL MY CAR IN SHOP. AGAIN NO ANSWER. ON AUGUST 8 MY CAR WAS LIKE I HAD PUSH PEDAL ALL WAY AND IT WAS GOING LIKE 25 MPH AND RPM WAS AT 4 BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND AIRBAG LIGHT CAME ON. TOOK MY CAR BACK TO DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS MY TRANSMISSION. NOW THAT MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED JUST THE END OF JULY 2020 I CAN RECEIVE A DIAGNOSTIC IF PROBLEM. I JUST BOUGHT THIS SUV 4 WEEKS AGO AND THE A/C ISN'T WORKING. I SEE A LOT OF OTHER NISSAN ROGUES WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE SINCE I LIVE IN NC AND IT IS 96 OUTSIDE. WE HAVE HAD 2 PARKING LOT FENDER BENDERS WITHIN 3 MONTHS DUE TO THE FACT THAT NISSAN'S REAR VIEW MONITORING SYSTEM'S USE OF A BACKUP CAMERA IS SO COMPLICATED TO USE AND ITS BLIND SPOT MONITORING DOES NOT FUNCTION UNDER 20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED THAT I DON'T THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPROVED AS A FEATURE ON THIS CAR. ADDITIONALLY, THE INTERIOR BACK SEAT HEADRESTS BLOCK ALL WINDOWS THAT WOULD NORMALLY BE USED FOR VISUAL SEARCHING. AS A BUYER, I WAS NOT WARNED THAT THE SYSTEM HAS A VERY MINIMAL USE. IT TOOK TWO ACCIDENTS BEFORE I FOUND ITS LIMITATIONS BURIED IN THE MANUAL. THE SYSTEM IS VERY DANGEROUS SINCE MARKETING IMPLIES THAT IT PROTECTS FROM BACKING UP WHEN IT DOES NOT. IN THE MANUAL SMALL PRINT IT LISTS SO NINE TIMES WHEN IT WILL NOT WORK. COMPARED TO OTHER CARS SUCH AS LEXUS, THIS NISSAN 'SAFETY' FEATURE IS ACTUALLY A DANGER TO ANY DRIVER.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT ROGUE IN DECEMBER OF 2016 & WITHIN A MONTH OR SO I STARTED FEELING VIBRATIONS. I TOOK IT TO DEALER & THEY SAID THE WHEEL BALANCE WAS OFF THEY FIXED IT BUT THE VIBRATIONS WERE STILL THERE. I CAN FEEL THE VIBRATIONS DURING RIDE WHEN ON 25MPH, 40MPH & ABOVE, ALSO DURING IDLING ALOT OF VIBRATIONS AND EVEN BRAKING CAUSES VIBRATIONS, I COMPLAINED TO DEALER THEY CHECKED IT & IT WAS STILL VIBRATING & THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE ROGUES ARE MADE THIS WAY. I THEN COMPLAINED TO NISSAN NORTH AMERICA & ASKED TO BUY BACK THIS VEHICLE SINCE I DONT FEEL I SHOULD KEEP DRIVING A DEFECTIVE CAR THEY ALSO DENIED MY CASE. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW, I HAVE A NEW BORN BABY & ITS VERY HARD TO KEEP UP WITH THIS, THE REASON I BOUGHT A NEW CAR WAS TO NOT GET INVOLVED IN CAR PROBLEMS BUT I HAVE BEEN IN PERIL SINCE I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE. I JUST CAME OFF THE HIGHWAY WHERE I ALMOST GOT KILLED BY A BIG, LONG WHITE TRAILER TRUCK BECAUSE MY VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP AT A RED LIGHT, THE BRAKE DID NOT BUDGE, IT HAPPENED SO FAST, IT FEELS LIKE THE BRAKE WAS STUCK, SO I GOT OUT OF THE INTERSECTION AND STEERED MY WAY TO SAFETY ONLY THERE WAS NO WHERE FOR ME TO SAFELY STOP BECAUSE THE RAMP TOOK ME TO I95 S WHICH IS VERY BUSY. I TOOK THE CAR HOME SAFELY AND PARKED IT. MY POINT IS I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT THIS SAME ISSUE AND NOBODY IS LISTENING. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS VEHICLE, I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING SINCE I HAD 66 MILES ON IT. PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO.

WHEN TURNING THE VEHICLE WHILE PARKING IT MAKES A CLICKING NOISE. THE NOISE CAN ALSO BE FELT IN THE STEERING WHEEL. IT STARTED 2 WEEKS AFTER WE PURCHASED IT. IT'S SIMILAR TO A BROKEN CV JOINT NOISE. THIS IS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE AND THE DEALER STATED "WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR IT, BUT IT'S SAVE TO DRIVE." IF ONE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IT IS, HOW CAN THEY SAY IT'S SAFE TO DRIVE? I'VE CONTACTED NISSAN'S CONSUMER COMPLAINT LINE AND THEY'RE STICKING WITH THE SAME NARRATIVE.

WHEN THE CAR IS ON AND I TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER, THE INTERIOR MAKES ME VERY SICK. SOMETHING ABOUT THE CARS INTERIOR MAKES ME VERY SICK. CAUSES HEADACHES, EYE PROBLEMS, SWOLLEN THROAT AND MAKES ME DIZZY. I HAVE BEEN TO MY DOCTOR AND THERE IS NO OTHER CAUSE THEY CAN FIND FOR MY ILLNESS. NISSAN HAS CHECKED OUT THE CAR, BUT FOUND NOTHING WRONG. BUT I CONTINUE TO GET SICK EVERY TIME I DRIVE THE CAR.
I HAVE LESS THAN 1700 MILES ON MY 2016 NISSAN ROGUE AND AM EXPERIENCING A NOISE WHEN TURNING STEERING WHEEL TO THE RIGHT. TOOK IT TO THE DEALER WHERE I RECEIVED MULTIPLE DIFFERENT STORIES BUT ULTIMATELY IT IS AN IDENTIFIED PROBLEM THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON AT THE FACTORY LEVEL. NEW PARTS NEED TO BE MANUFACTURED AT THE FACTORY LEVEL HOWEVER THERE IS NO TIME LINE TO WHEN THEY WILL HAVE A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. THEY THINK IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH A BOLT ON THE STRUT.

I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I PURCHASED IT BUT THEY CANNOT TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG AND THEY HAVE STATED THAT ITS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH NISSAN NORTH AMERICA AND THAT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NISSAN NORTH AMERICA GIVES THEM DIRECTION ON HOW TO FIX IT. I HAVE CONTACTED CONSUMER'S AFFAIRS AND NISSAN NORTH AMERICA AND AM AWAITING A CALL BACK FROM THEM AS WELL. EVERY TIME I TURN LEFT OR RIGHT THERE IS A CLICKING NOISE WHICH CAN BE HEARD FROM THE BACK AND PASSENGER SIDE. THE VEHICLE ONLY HAD 800 MILES ON IT WHEN THE NOISE STARTED.

NISSAN'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD AS DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM. NO MARKINGS TO PREVENT IT ON CAR OR PUMP AND THE NOZZLE FIT
