ANTILOCK BRAKE LIGHT COMES ON AND STAYS ON. HAVE HAD NUMEROUS CONDITIONS WHERE ANTILOCK BRAKES HAVE COME ON. BROUGHT IT TO MY MECHANIC 2 TIMES, HE HAS BEEN UNABLE TO FIND ANY PROBLEMS BOTH TIMES. ANTILOCK BRAKES CONTINUE TO FAIL. *AK
ON-GOING / INTERMITTENT PROBLEM WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED. VEHICLE WOULD SLOW DOWN AND CAUSE WHEELS TO DRAG. ABS SENSOR LIGHNT WOULD COME ON. VEHICLE BEEN IN DEALER SHOP ON THREE OCCASIONS, AND PROBLEM IS STILL UNRESOLVED. *AK
WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 40MPH WHEN A DEER APPEARED SUDDENLY. APPLIED THE BRAKES, BUT DEER WAS HIT BY LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE ON FRONT GRILL. VEHICLE STOPPED, BUT DRIVER'S AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. DRIVER HIT UPPER PART OF CHEST & THROAT ON STEERING WHEEL DUE TO NO AIR BAG. WAS AT EMERGENCY ROOM TREATMENT. WEARING NECK BRACE. *AK
BRAKE PADS FAILED.
BRAKES: WHEN DRIVING ON THE STREET AND APPROACHING A STOP SIGN, APPLIED BRAKES AND THE PEDAL WENT COMPLETELY TO THE FLOOR AND DID NOT CATCH. APPLIED BRAKES AGAIN AND THE BRAKES WORKED. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. HAD MASTER CYLINDER AND RIGHT REAR WHEEL CYLINDER REBUILT. *AK *SLC

EA94-038, CONSUMER STATES UPON DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL THE PEDAL TRAVELS TO THE FLOORBOARD, RESULTING IN THE CONSUMER RUNNING THROUGH AN INTERSECTION. CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED THE DEALER, DEALER UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. *AK
WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 55 MPH OWNER APPLIED THE BRAKES BUT VEHICLE DID NOT STOP. THE BRAKES WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR OF THE VEHICLE. OWNER HAD TO APPLY THE EMERGENCY PARK BRAKE TO STOP THE VEHICLE. DEALER WAS NOTIFIED. *AK
WHEN COMING TO A STOP OR UNDER 5MPH BEGINS TO RELEASE THE PEDAL, THE ABS CATCHES AND KICKS THE BRAKE PEDAL BACK OUT, JOLTING THE VEHICLE. IF IT'S WET AND BRAKING, THE VEHICLE WOULD SLIDE. THE ABS LIGHT COMES ON, VEHICLE WORKS FINE. ABS LIGHT GOES OFF VEHICLE, THERE ARE PROBLEMS. *AK
ANTI-LOCK BRAKE LIGHT INDICATOR CAME ON AND REMAINS ON CONTINOUSLY. ACCORDING TO DEALER, ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM WAS COMPLETELY GONE. OWNER HAS NOT EXPERIENCED ANY BRAKING PROBLEMS. *AK
REAR WHEEL CYLINDER LEAK/SPRINGS BROKE, CAUSING REDUCTION IN BRAKING CAPABILITY.
