STEERING GEAR MALFUNCTIONED. ALSO, THERE IS AN EXTREME JERKING WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL AND VEHICLE IS SITTING STILL. CONSUMER BELIEVES THAT JERKING IS DUE TO RACK AND PINION STEERING FAILURE.
