I REPORTED THIS LONG BEFORE MY WARRANTY EXPIRED BUT NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT AND AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED I FOUND OUT THAT THE PRIMER USED ON THE CAR WAS DEFECTIVE AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING TO BE DONE ABOUT IT SINCE THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. NO SAFETY DEFECT DISCUSSED IN THE SUMMARY. *AK
