THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER WAS TRAVELING 10 MPH WHEN ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE DRIVER'S SIDE REAR OF THE VEHICLE, CAUSING IT TO GO INTO A TAIL SPIN.
