Steering column control module went out. Right blinker will not stop and left doesn't work at all. Even in the off position right stays on so I have to put it down to the not working left to stop that but any movement and its starts again. Twice I have pulled out into traffic and the engine lost all power and I was almost rear ended by another vehicle. After a few seconds the engine recovered and was driving normal. I’ve taken it to the dealer where it was purchased twice for this issue but they say they can’t duplicate the issue....

Turn signal is not cancelling after turning. Brough vehicle back to dealership and they did not have the part to fix it and never called me back. Looked in the NHTSA recall listing and saw that issues with turn signals have been previously reported under 23V799000. What can I do?
