This Problem Across All Years
I have problem with rear window light water leak. This light has water leak and I have a lot of water after each rain. Many of my things were destroyed because of this. I know RAM has reacalls for this huge problem, but they denied to fix my car, because there is no this recall under my VIN. But I read a lot of comments on RAM forums and many people complaining about this issue. I also saw that some people were able to fix it under the recall but I don't have any idea who I should contact for help. I need them to fix this issue in my car also, because this is manufacture issue not because of me

Tailgate has been on recall repairs. However, it is still dropping but with less frequency.

Tailgate keeps dropping and unlatching. Have taken the truck multiple times. Dealer Larson Ram Puyallup has replaced tailgate latch once but tailgate still unlatches and drops intermittently both parked and while vehicle is in motion. Have called them multiple times but they concluded that they could not replicate issue when truck is in the shop.

MY TRUCK HAS A SAFETY RECALL 20V-207, WHICH IS THE MANUFACTURER RECALL NUMBER W54. THE RECALL IS INCOMPLETE BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURE AND DEALERS CANNOT GET THE PARTS TO PERFORM THE RECALL. I HAVE MADE TWO APPOINTMENTS, WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE RECALL. MY TRUCK HAS BEEN TO THE DEALER TWICE AND THE RECALL HAS NOT BEEN DONE. "PARTS ARE ORDERED." I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED ANOTHER DEALER WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE PARTS. CURRENTLY, THE RECALL STATUS IS: RECALL INCOMPLETE. HOW MANY WEEKS OR MONTHS DOES THE MANUFACTURE HAVE TO MANUFACTURE THE REPLACEMENT PARTS? THE PHOTO BELOW IS PAPERWORK FROM THE 2ND APPOINTMENT.

THE FIX WAS TO ADJUST THE HOOD STOPS. THIS ONLY LIFTED THE HOOD MORE BREAKING THE SEAL AROUND THE HOOD WITH MAJOR AIR GAPS THIS HAPPENS AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS AND IN HEAVY WINDS. 2) THE FRONT END MAKES A LOUD AUDIBLE CLUNK. WE HAVE REPLACED CAB MOUNTS, CHECKED THE SUSPENSION COMPONENTS AND THE ISSUE IS STILL THERE. SOMETHING IS CERTAINLY MAKING CONTACT AND OVERTIME WILL WEAR OUT. THIS HAPPENS ON OFF CAMBER TURNS OR OFF CAMBER APPROACH AND DEPARTURES (SLOW SPEEDS. THINK OF GOING INTO A PARKING LOT OR PULLING OUT OF A DRIVEWAY).
