Helo, The rearview camera on my commercial cargo vehicle is defective. I've been waiting for it to be replaced for two months, but they haven't responded. Reversing maneuvers are very difficult and risky in a large vehicle. I'm asking for your help.

There is currently a recall on Ram Promasters built in 2022 and onward for an issue with the backup camera. My vehicle was built in the spring of 2021 and has the identical issue, but is not covered under the recall.
I had to replace my backup camera as it was faulty and the newer models had a recall. My blind spot monitoring system cuts off randomly going down the road. We have paid out of pocket for a new camera and the dealership can't figure out why the blind spot indicator cuts off.
