Defect Description

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2016 Glaval Entourage and Universal transit buses manufactured from February 26, 2016, through March 3, 2016. These vehicles are equipped with seats that may separate from the base frame due to bolt failure.

Safety Consequence

In the event of a crash, the seat can separate from the base frame, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant.

Remedy

Forest River will notify owners and dealers will replace the seats free of charge. The recall began on June 7, 2016. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-262-2212. Forest River's number for this recall is 35-04162016-0173.
